This gas station has gas prices that are a little cheaper than Costco! It can get busy really fast. Make sure to have the fuel door on the side of the gas pump because that gas pump hose is really short! They also have the squeegee for people to clean the car windshield. Be careful of the cheater! Today I went to pump the gas for my Prius, I gave the cashier $40 bucks for #5. I chose the regular $4.69/ gallon. The sound of gasoline pumping ran into my car's tank stopped ( it means the tank is full ) but the meter of the pump kept going until showed $40 . I looked up the gallon showed 8,125. 0 Stars. Yesterday when I went in to buy some snacks and get gas. It was in the afternoon. The cashier told me the cash register was broken and needed 20 mins to fix it. He's regular built with a mustache and a bit long hair and hand was always on his tummy under his shirt where we could see his underwear. I'm not sure if that's how he is cos he talked to the customers with an aittude and he would throw the changes and lottery tickets back to the customers. He told us it would be 20 minutes but as soon as more and more customers got in, his facial changed and started helping customers. I'm not sure if he was trying to take a longer break or was being lazy. Regardless, his work ethics need improvement. Never gonna return to this location. read more

Gas prices are on the higher end. There's another shell down a few blocks that's cheaper but I stopped by here since it was on my way to enter the freeway. I don't feel safe at this gas station even on a Sunday at 3pm. Although there was another car getting gas at the gas station when we got there, we were approached by a lady. After I gave my sister money for gas, a middle aged chinese lady who dressed up casually walked up to me and asked me for money in Cantonese. Thank god she let me be after I said I don't have money. But she kept on walking around the gas station acting like she was waiting for the bus but obviously she wasn't because why would she wait for a foothill bus on a Sunday? Woot for clean gas station restrooms! One of the cleanest I've ever seen. It didn't smell or have weird stains. The gas prices were average, and the snack shop is really small. It's right off the 10, but otherwise unremarkable. read more

0 STARS IF COULD! Came in on 2/7/21, and there was an older asian male customer who was hanging out inside the store at 5:18 PM. He had his mask under his chin, with his nose and mouth fully exposed. The cashier did not care that he had no mask on, especially since the inside was so compacted. I had to ask the customer myself to put his mask on, because it did not feel safe in there. I am unsure about the safety precautions with COVID at this Shell location. Managers need to train your staff properly to have all customers wear a mask at all times. When I was pumping my gas, and before I left I saw that the customer removed his mask again. BEWARE this gas station, or maybe that 1 staff in particular, does not care about COVID! I've seen too many deaths with covid already, I'll probably avoid this station from now on. On the evening of February 2, 2019, I was refueling here. On the 6th, the car started to malfunction and the car was towed away. The result of the inspection on the 11th told me that there was water in the fuel tank, which caused the engine to be bad. Maintenance costs 1800 yuan. read more

Reasonably clean and safe, and it's located immediately off the 10 freeway at Del Mar. I come to this Shell to use my Ralphs fuel points when I have them and when the prices here are low. But generally, the prices here aren't that competitive, especially given that the USA Gasoline literally 60 yards south of this station on Del Mar typically sells gasoline for $0.10-$0.30 less per gallon (and accepts credit cards without any fee). read more

I was a long time user of Arco gas because I am a cheap ass, but then I bought a Mercedes and was forced to stop being cheap. This post is to serve as a WARNING and PRECAUTION while filling up at the chevron gas station at the cross street of Del Mar and Hellman Ave in Rosemead. The address for it is 3363 Del Mar Ave, rosemead. This Chevron is known to steal credit card information while paying with a credit or debit card. In my experience, when paying with a credit card, the machine ask me to enter my zip code, when I enter my zip code it would get denied. After this incident, within the next 24 hours, I would get a call from my credit card company saying there are fradulent activity. Charges range from $100 to $200 from Chevron and other stores. Avoid going to this chevron gas station if you plan to pay with a credit or debit card. I have other friends that had experience this as well. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO ANYONE ELSE IN THE 626 AREA. This not only happened to me once, but twice after purchasing gas from here. If you do go here, make sure to check your credit card and bank statements to verify that you were charged the correct amounts. read more
