The men working the registers have got to be the weirdest, most disgusting people. I come in to buy a bag of candy after work and the tall guy with acne wearing a bright blue turban looked at me inappropriately the whole time. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time even as I'm walking to back to my car. Literally as we're driving away he doesn't stop starting through the window and keeps smiling. Horrible Location. Very run down store with people always outside begging for money or trying to wash your windows. Today I was late for work and stoped by to grab some cigarettes and chips for lunch and the cashier tried to quiz me on my drivers license because he did not believe it was me. He was clearly drunk or off some strong drugs to think I have time for his games. His job as a cashier is to look at the date and scan it. This 7-11 cashier ripped me off for $20. I gave him $45 in cash, $20 for gas and $2.49 for coffee & muffin. I verbally told him $40 in pump 5. He gave me $2.50 in change. Afterwards he only gave me $20 in gas. I went back inside and asked him about it, he said I only gave him $25. I requested to speak to the manager. He said there's no manager on duty. Mind you, im carrying three drinks, a donut and some wings in my HAND. I didn't get offered to use points, I didn't get my bag NOR a receipt. On any other occasion that isn't with this guy, all the other guys are all speaking a different language behind the counter and just look and stalk you thru out the store. Looks clean from the outside, but that's about it. Dirty and sticky floors and the employees handle food with their bare hands without washing their hands. I saw them do this while handling a dirty rug, touching money at the register, then immediately preparing food afterwards. So many health code violations that it's really disgusting. Icing on the cake is that one of the employees was talking on his headset the entire time while serving customers. Whoever owns/manages this location seriously needs to retrain their employees. This is the most incompetent establishment I have ever been in. I come in for simple lotto tickets and ask for one selection of number I chose and nine quick picks for both powerball and mega. The cashier says yes and takes my money but then proceeds to run ten tickets of each with the same set of numbers. I ask who would be foolish enough to play the same set of numbers ten times? I asked to refund my money as she had no right to take it from the counter if the correct items were not provided. She proceeded to leave and then I asked for the manager to which she replied was not available. Her compromise was to refund for half of the tickets but then I asked you are basically stealing half of the money when you had no right to take it and now refuse to return it. Her reasoning is she cannot refund the tickets as they are non refundable and never heard my request. I told her this is common sense and if she was confused or unclear should take a few seconds to clarify with me. Please avoid this location for this...just for gas or snacks and keep it easy. read more

Don't ask me why but I am often in a 7-Eleven in the middle of the night grabbing junk food and drinks. It's weird but yes I am healthy but sometimes I am the devil and when I crave something. I really really need and want it. Good thing 7-Eleven is open 24/7 and you can go in at whatever time and a person is always smiling be it a smirk, they are still glad that you are coming in at that hour because pretty much it is always dead and I'm always the only one in the store. This place is effing disgusting. Stopped to get gas and use the restroom. I thought that because you had to "get buzzed in" that the bathroom wouldn't be that bad. I generally don't use gas station bathrooms but it was an emergency, I've learned my lesson after this one. The bathroom was so gross that I felt nasty just touching the door. There was piss in the toilet, crap on the seat, no toilet paper, no paper towels and no soap. So, I couldn't even wash my hands or use a piece of paper towel to open the door to leave. Which then the germaphobe in me went crazy because how many people have touched that handle with crap on their hands due to lack of soap?! I just wanted to let everyone know how retarded the clerk that sold me the mega lottery tickets was. Beware guys! You better be extra careful with what you say when you wanna play the lotto. This happened 10/31/14 around 12a.m. I went in hoping to buy 6 mega lotto and I picked out 3 sets of numbers. I handed the guy my numbers and asked for 3 more. So 3 + 3 = 6 right??? He printed out 3 sheets for me with 3 sets of number on each one and asked me for $9. I was confused and told him I asked for 3 more not 6 more and he goes yea and points at each one and says 3, 3, and 3. I told him again I just wanted 3 more and he says yea, there's 3, 3, and 3. So I was like whatever and gave him $9. Then later on when I checked my numbers, they were all the same freaking numbers!!!!! He gave me 3 sets of the same fucking numbers!!!! What the hell am I going to do with 3 sets of the same numbers??? I went back in and told him, hoping to get a refund back on $6. And he just says that I asked for 3 more so it's 3, 3, and 3 and wouldn't give me my refund back. How can someone be so stupid?!?! If you want to play the lotto, don't ever come here. 7-11 is like a second home for me and my family because my mom's business is almost next door! We've been regular (daily) customers for years now... We have seen this baby grow from when it was in construction and attended the grand opening. This 7-11 is boss because where else can you find Asian snacks and a bombass choice of drinks! I see that some reviews mention the people who work here... They're just being friendly so develop a sense of humor! You try standing long hours watching people come and go. Sure they like to make dumb jokes sometimes but they are genuinely nice people. They let some cents slide and definitely don't get their pants in a bunch and spare you getting change (as in they give you a dollar instead of like 97 cents). Love this 7-11! read more

This 7-11 is a gas station as well as a convenience store, and I've had their workers, on numerous occasions, put less money on a gas pump than i've handed them. My fave 7- eleven spot! The staff are super friendly when I normally come at late nights. This store does have an ATM, gas station (cheap too), and they carry most or even more of the products than other local 7-elevens. If you need to pump more air into your car tires, they have this easy to use machine and usually they would turn it on for you without any questions. I have dealt with other gas stations, where they don't do it unless you buy something. This place serves food and it isn't bad, but don't expect really high quality food for the low price. It's always nice to grab some late night hot dogs, nachos, and don't forget that icee brain freeze! read more

The only reason why I came to this 7-Eleven so often before was because I lived near by and it had 2 Redbox machines for me to rent movies out of. This location does have more options in the market compared to the 7-Eleven off Rosemead and Garvey, but the workers here is not always that nice. They can seem cold at times and are not that friendly. On the bright side, I notice a lot of police cars here every so often and not because they are getting robbed or something went down, but the police officers take quick breaks here it looks like, so makes me feel a little safe and more comfortable coming if I need to make a trip here at night. read more

The day time clerks are Hindu, and very kind, and very traditional spiritual people! I can not imagine these people being anything but kind, and helpful! SO -Stop here once every so often for gas, and the Unsweet IceTea, in the beverage dispensers. besides always great cheap gas prices- No-other 7-11 has unsweetened Ice Tea I have been in. So with my own cup (40oz) cost 99cents More, the pumps work flawlessly with credit and or debit cards! They also have squeegees and water and towels to wash your windows. My purchase are minimum, to junk food. My experience with the current employees are cordial. They are Hindu, the woman practicing- and it shows. I give two stars because I come to this Seven Eleven for gas. BUT FROM NOW ON, I WILL NEVER BUY LOTTERY FROM THIS LOCATION. There is a short guy with glasses who speaks with an accent. DO NOT BUY LOTTERY FROM THIS GUY!!!!!!!!! Okay. Here is what happened today. I have been playing with the same numbers for more than a year, so I know how much I am buying. I went to different places and no one made a stupid mistake like this short guy did today and blamed it on the machine. 1. I give him 7 super lotto sheets = 6 sheets with 5 combos and 1 sheet with 4 combos: total of 34 dollars. 2. He feeds the machine up to 3 sheets but struggles with last 4 sheets. After several tries, the machine keeps spitting them out. He gives up. 3. He places 4 sheets with 4 tickets on the counter and says it is 19 dollars. Me: what about the other tickets? Him: Didn't you see? the slips have a mistake. Me: What? I need all of them. I am not going to other locations to buy the rest. The sheets had no problem at other locations. Cancel the transactions. Him: No I can't cancel them. Me: Bring your manager 4. He notices the machine is out of paper roll and replaces them. The machine accepts the rest of the sheets. He tells me it is 38 dollars. He prints out 8 tickets from 7 sheets!!! Me: It can't be 38 dollars Him: Whatever you gave me, I got it from the machine. It is 38 dollars. Me: Look! I gave you 7 sheets. How did you get 38 dollars? (The max is 35 dollars from 7 sheets). Something is not right. I have been playing with the same numbers for more than a year. I know how much I should be paying from the sheets!!! 5. I notice there are TWO DUPLICATE TICKETS with some combos missing. I get irritated. Me: Look! see you double-printed these!!! Him: Oh, tell me which ones are wrong. HE ACTS LIKE HE IS MY BOSS. HE EXPECTS ME TO FIND WHICH TICKETS ARE WRONG AND WHICH ONE DID NOT PRINT OUT. CRAZY!!! Me: I am not going to sit here and find which ones are wrong. Cancel all of them.
