Food and everything else is normal. Why I'm making this review is because I now realize that a couple cashiers try to scam you and add random things to your purchase and charge you more. I'm now more cautious and always look at my purchases so that it doesn't happen again. The main people they try to scam are the younger kids that visit this place. This has got to be the worst 7-11 I have ever been to. The night staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The store is filthy and the workers look like they don't know what they are doing. I went in for a hot coffee and they only had one type ready so I asked if they could brew some of the Colombian and they said "no more" and ignored me. I then bought my 7 year old sister a slice of pizza and when we got home she was eating it and I notice something on it I'm pretty sure it is hair or something. This is the most disgusting 7-11 ever I will definitely not go back. I rather go to the other one further up the street they are much cleaner despit their being a lot of homeless around. The owner really need to train the staff better and get better employees and supervise them more. If I could give it a zero or negative stars then I would. read more

One of the Spanish speaking female employees is a horrible person! She attempted to humiliate my mother because she wanted to pay for a bottle of water with change. She not only rushed her, but pushed her change aside and made her recount and wouldn't tell her how much more she needed. She then proceeded to tell my mother that she is no longer welcome in the store because she's supposedly rude and "never greets them". Although my mom wasn't arguing with her, she proceeded to say if she didn't leave then she would file a police report for who knows what! FIRST OF ALL, you shouldn't work in customer service if you can't handle all types of customers, especially if you apparently get your feelings hurt because someone doesn't say hi back. SECOND OF ALL, how DARE you try to humiliate someone who was simply trying to get rid of change? My mother is in no way in need of money but simply wanted to get rid of change using U.S. currency. I thank the kind man that paid for her bottle of water so she wouldn't have to continue with this ordeal. AND LASTLY, you better believe that I filed a complaint with corporate. 7-11 has plenty of parking in front. over a dozen parking spaces dedicated for 7-11's use only. small store, merchandise neatly organized. didn't check beers. all 7-11's carry the usual.. brew: columbian coffee(sm, 1.35) -fresher than the usual coffee found at 7-11 drips: -in and out in minutes even with one cashier on duty. read more

this is conveniently located along Monterey Boulevard and is well-stocked with the normal items. There is also a nice little rack of Indian candies which are particularly tasty and certainly don't taste like the generic candy bars most people are used to. The soda fountain doesn't have Coke Zero which is a little bit disappointing to me, but it's all in working order, it's all clean and that's a great thing for a quick in and out experience. read more

The night cashier (manager? owner?) was rude AF, and treated me like a thief because I wanted to buy one of their overpriced USB cables, literally yanking it out of my hand. Amazing. This is the worst 7-11 I've been too. Bought a butt load of slurpees, didn't taste them till I got to the car and they tasted like MOLD... wtf?? I got 2 flavors, coke and cherry. One of the worst 7-Eleven I have ever visited. The cashier was very unfriendly. I want to get my hotdog with some other purchase with a credit card and he refuse to take it due to the line behind me. I walked away hungry with a credit card in hand! Since I don't have cash on me..
