We've been here twice now and they have a great range of options for corn dog / mozzarella on a stick, Mochi donuts, and tea/boba. We always buy the 12 pack of donuts and they will honestly last 3+ days in box still soft. The blue takis and hot Cheeto covered corn dogs and mozzarella are amazing too! They have beautiful art work on the walls and the service / location is very inviting. Favorite mochinut flavors so far: mango, passion fruit, and Nutella.

First time trying Mochinut at this location. Parking: it's a bit tight but not as busy. Service: Staff is super friendly. Food: I got the half and half potato corn dog, which was good! 5/5. I door dashed the mochi donuts for my staff and everyone loved it!

I absolutely love the hot cheeto mozzarella corn dog from Mochinut. It has the perfect cheese pull and it is covered in hot cheeto dust. I suggest getting it with the spicy mayo to enhance the experience! Mochi donuts are decent, definitely satisfies mochi donut cravings and has that chewy consistency. It's slightly oily to touch but that's not a big issue for me. The selections available are featured in a display case. I'd recommend coming earlier in the day because I prefer warm and fresh donuts. Flavors do run out quick but no worries, if you ask about a flavor that ran out, they'll let you know that they're making more. Mochinut's interior is decorated beautifully and it's an ideal spot to get food and drinks, sit down, and chill.

First time around the area. Craving for mochi donut and we're glad we found this thru Yelp. Mochi donuts were good. Many flavor options. We went on a Friday mid afternoon and the place is pretty empty. They had a promo with buy a number of donuts (I don't remember how many) and u get one free. Not bad of a deal. Big seating area. Parking is shared with other businesses around but lots of spaces.

Came around 7p we took forever to order, but the staff was very patient with us. The place was empty and clean, nice decor and the tasty snacks were amazing. We had 3 donuts, two strawberry and one cookies and cream. I really liked the strawberry one, the flavor was just right and the texture of the dough is very soft and makes you want more. The smoothies were tasty, I got the mango w coconut and did not regret it. I believe I got mango jelly with it, can't remember but it paired well and had me wanting more.

This location is the closest to home for me so it's easy to just stop by whenever the craving for mochi donuts hits and it suffices. Overall mochi donut is on the bread-ier side. There's a chew to it for sure. They're better with classic flavors, still only on the decent side, but a lil better (chocolate, cookies n cream, etc) than specialty flavors (mango, matcha, etc). Specialty flavors taste very artificial (granted, all flavors are already artificial...so it tastes legit artificial). Coffee, fruity pebbles, mango (tastes more like mango passion fruit), chocolate, cookies and cream, matcha (can barely taste matcha). Overall mochi donut flavors are either on the light side or artificial side. Potato original hotdog. Hotdog is actually pretty flavorful. Usually I'm not a fan of corn dog type of hot dogs, since they're usually either mushy or tastes like they've been straight up boiled. This one is juicy and has a good taste to it with a nice amount of saltiness. Crunch is there, and the outer potato shell wasn't hard to where it would cut the roof of your mouth like I thought it would (only light scratching lol, but honestly not bad). The batter is a light mochi/chewy texture. I enjoyed this way more than I thought I would lol. I ate this when I was hungry, but not to the starving point where anything would taste good, so I'm thoroughly surprised! Bottom line: 3 stars. It'll do the job if you're craving for mochi donuts, apparent artificial flavoring. (IG: nokrapreviews )

Stopped by this place after visiting the Verizon store at the corner. I ordered numbers 1 and 10 since my wife and I didn't want cheese. They were awesome, very fresh and crispy. I topped my ramen original rice hotdog with a honeydew smoothie. They were a good pair. So glad we have this yummy place in the neighborhood. Parking is very easy. The staff was patient (waited for me to make up my mind) and courteous. Highly recommended!

Sweet cravings led me to this spot and we ordered 3 Mochi donuts. It was empty inside when we came in mid afternoon. We were placing a to- go order so it was a quick transaction. Can't comment too much on the interior except that it was spacious enough to have seating on either side with benches + small tables. $10 for 3 donuts ($10.94 with tax). Just so you guys know, all mochi donuts are the same base with the only difference between them being the glaze and toppings. **Mango: The best one with a distinctive tangy mango glaze and a few sliced dried mangos on top. 5/5 **Ube: I was surprised because the glaze itself looked like it would have the Ube flavoring I love. All we could taste was just a simple sugar glaze disguised in purple.. Nothing else. It did however come with an Ube flavored dipped mini pretzel. 2/5 **Passionfruit: We pondered this for a minute because it was definitely tangy tasting but not like the mango where we could tell that one was just like the fruit. It was good but it didn't stand out at all. 3/5 If you like Mochi donuts, I would give this place a try.

My kids love mochinut donuts so we stopped by to pick some up. What's not to like about a chewy mochi donut anyway? This was my first time ordering drinks at mochinut. Would have to say that with all the bubble tea competition that we have around San Jose and the Bay Area, I wasn't particularly impressed by the drinks themselves, but the packaging is cute since it's unique and different, looking like a soda can.

3.5 stars Located in Orchard Plaza Shopping Center off Cottle Road. This Mochinut is set up like a boba shop with a bunch of small tables. When I walked in, all I smelled was fry oil..definitely needed some ventilation. I came around 3:45pm on a Sunday and there was only one other group there. A good amount of people kept popping in and out to get some togo though. I came in with the intent of getting some mochi donuts but the selection was sad and minimal. The donuts looked almost plastic looking..like display foods and the glaze on the donuts looked so skimpy. I decided to skip on the mochi donuts and went for a rice hot dog instead. I got.. #2 ORIGINAL HALF & HALF $6.25 -half mozzarella and half hot dog. The box that it came in was super cute. When I opened it, I thought the rice dog looked small and I judged it right away by its size and the plain panko crust. Buttttt once I took a bite, I was surprised at how light and crisp the batter was. It had a little sweetness to it and a bit of chewiness too, which I enjoyed! The mozzarella was nice and gooey and the hot dog was tasty. It came with a small sauce container of sriracha mayo too but I didn't really care for it. 4/5* Ambiance could have been better but the girl who took my order was friendly and even brought my order to me even though she had people waiting to place their order. I wouldn't mind coming back since it's so close to home, maybe they'll have more mochi donut flavors to pick from next time too!

A group of us met up here for a gathering. Plenty of small tables and seating with cool wall murals. Menu consisted of various covered corn dogs, mochi doughnuts, boba, and non boba drinks. I'm a huge lover of mochi anything, so I ordered a 6 pack box to go. I ate the ube and Nutella. Ube and mochi go hand and hand with me =love. Nutella was ok. The flavored glaze made up the various flavors of mochi doughnuts. Dough was nice and light... not greasy or too chewy. They were made fresh, as we all had to wait for our orders to be made. Finding a non dairy drink was slightly difficult. Two of the drinks I had chosen were not available, but were not marked N/A. In the end, I ended up with a strawberry ade- a combination of strawberry with soda. All drinks were served in a cool sturdy tall cup with a soda pop top..very unique. Place was cool to hang with friends, had some great photo opps, and the mochi doughnuts were good. Prices were a little high.

What I had: - Lychee Matcha (double matcha, regular sweet, regular ice) - Yuzu Matcha (double matcha, regular sweet, regular ice). Double matcha was not overly strong or caffeinating to me (love that they do not charge extra for this option btw)- my caff tolerance I'd say is relatively high or above average for sure. Surprisingly, at that matcha level the taste is not overly bitter at all. And the regular sweet is perfect (I normally get 50% sweet at boba shops). Same with the ice level, I think their regular ice level is fine (I normally get less ice at boba shops). The Lychee matcha has great lychee taste, not artificial tasting, it's a great blend of both lychee + matcha. The Yuzu is leaning towards the 'lemonade' profile without being overly citrusy. More refreshing than the lychee matcha, but both are refreshing anyways due to the nature of their flavors! I think I prefer the lychee matcha normally, honestly hard to say which flavor is better! I thoroughly enjoyed both these drinks! Their flavors are blended well with the matcha- not overly sweet in flavor, and matcha is great quality while not overly powerful or bitter. Drinks are of course mixed well and composed nearly perfectly. ---How I Rate on Yelp:--- (5 stars): Exceptional!! -- food, service, and atmosphere all outstanding. Worth going out of your way. (4 stars): Great! -- very good experience overall, minor flaws but nothing major. (3 stars): Good -- decent, acceptable, but there's room for clear improvement. My only downside is the variety of matcha over the recent year. From last year and this year, the menu for matcha has not changed much, and it seems like I get the same taste every time I go. While the first time was enjoyable, after it just gets repetitive. I love Izumi, but I really wish there was a rotation between drinks.

Both times I've gone were half an hour before closing and the store was packed. The first time I got the Ha Noi Mist and the Lychee Rose, the second time I got the Ha Long Sunset and a limited stock warm specialty dessert with pandan and ube dumplings in a ginger coconut sauce. The Ha Noi Mist's ingredients sounded the most aligned with my personal preferences and I got the Lychee Rose to try something different but refreshing on a warm summer night. I was hesitant to get the Ha Long Sunset since I'm not a fan of jackfruit but Eric voted for it, and also the dumplings since a ginger coconut sauce sounds weird but he said that's what he wanted. Sipping che through a straw definitely beats spooning it. Make sure to thoroughly mix the drink and crush up the ice a bit before indulging. On my first visit I didn't notice the kiosk and ordered with the cashier so I was confused at how I would know when my order is ready because I didn't get a number or a receipt, but I later noticed the screens displaying that information on the wall. I'm a big fan of pandan jelly. The red pearls can be good but can sometimes have a bit of a crunchy chew in the center. Young coconut has a good flavor but a texture that isn't my favorite. I did not like the jackfruit in the Ha Long Sunset, but the flavor wasn't strong enough to ruin the whole dessert. I feel like che is a dessert that is not necessarily expensive or time consuming to produce, and the milk tea/fruit tea prices here are definitely on the pricey end given their component ingredients. Yes I would revisit, especially when I need dessert late, but I feel that making che at home could be the cost-effective alternative.

Sulbing is a Korean dessert café best known for bingsu, a shaved ice dessert made with an…read moreincredibly fine texture that feels closer to snow than traditional shaved ice. We walked into a clean, modern space with a casual café feel that works well for stopping by after a meal or meeting up with friends for something sweet. The shop focuses on creative variations of bingsu with toppings ranging from fruit to chocolate, matcha, and other dessert-inspired flavors, and the layout encourages lingering over a shared dessert rather than rushing through a quick stop. The biggest highlight is the texture of the shaved ice itself. The ice is extremely soft and light, melting quickly while still holding the flavors from the toppings and condensed milk. We ordered the Injeolmi Sulbing, which showcases the more traditional side with nutty flavors, and the combination of the fine ice, chewy rice cake, and nutty powder created a dessert that felt both refreshing and satisfying. The Tiramisu and Chocolate Brownie Sulbing turn it into a much more indulgent experience, with richer flavors that feel closer to a full dessert than a light treat. The presentation is impressive, with each bowl arriving looking carefully composed, and the layers of toppings are distributed well enough that you get a good mix in every spoonful. The portions are also a major part of the appeal. A single bingsu is easily shareable, making it a good choice for groups or anyone looking for a dessert to split after a meal. We found that sharing worked well, as the portion was generous enough to satisfy two people without feeling like we were missing out. Beyond bingsu, they also offer items like toast and other sweet treats, which give the menu more variety and make it a place you can visit even if you are not in the mood for shaved ice. The main thing to keep in mind is that the experience depends heavily on the flavor you choose. Some versions rely more on the toppings for their flavor, while others feel more balanced throughout. The presentation is impressive, but certain options may feel less satisfying if you expect every bite to have the same intensity as the first. The fruit-based versions, for example, rely on the freshness of the fruit to carry the dessert, while the chocolate and tiramisu versions have a more consistent richness from the base itself. Sulbing is a great spot for trying Korean-style shaved ice. The unique texture, large portions, and variety of flavors make it stand out from typical dessert shops, especially if you enjoy lighter desserts with creative toppings. The balance of refreshing and indulgent options across the menu gives you room to explore different styles on repeat visits, and the quality of the ingredients makes each bowl feel considered and well composed.
