I have never looked at the fat grams but I'm sure it's infinity. The true rating is a 3.5. I'll tell you why. When I'm eating a super dulce doughy treat, I must be complemented with ice cold milk. Room temperature milk takes away the pleasure. So I had to wait until I returned home an hour later. Also, paying extra for the icing unnerves me. Start with the right amount and don't pilfer the consumer or destroy the environment further with more plastic. Obviously, this is why we purchase a Cinnabon instead of cinnamon bread. Worst Cinnabon ever. The prices are not fully listed. $9 for the basic cinnamon rolls with very little frosting. Asked about the frosting (pint size) they have containers for and was told only the small 2oz for $2.69. Just crazy prices, dry cinnamon roll, and not very friendly employees. I asked for one order to be heated and the other cold to be saved for later anyway. The taste is still delicious, but again, missing the icing on top! The guy who helped me was super friendly and was courteous. He had my order ready quickly and did warm up one of the orders, which I appreciate! They are closed at 9 pm, later than the rest of the outlet, beware the bathroom next to them will close at 7.30 pm. The place itself has limited seating and is shared with Jamba Juice. Worst customer service of any retailer. Refused service because they decided to close early without updating their hours online. Made a 40 minute trip, and yet they wouldn't provide service over a matter of 3 minutes. Closing time posted was 7pm, and yet at 6:03 they refused service. Cinnabons at this specific location are almost $10 for a caramel pecan bun. When I go to plaza bonita they are around $6 and change.The girls that work here have the ugliest attitude you walk in and they greet you with this face. They look and sound like they live across the border in MX , should be thankful for the American job they have and have better attitude. The cinnabons are made very sloppy with very minimal frosting or caramel you basically get a dry hard bun when you ask for more frosting to meet the normal amount they try to charge. Had the strongest craving for a cinnamon roll so I went to Cinnabon. I usually don't ask for a receipt because I normally have no intention of returning a cinnamon roll they're just too good right? Not yesterday they weren't. I was on my way to cross the border so after I bought the cinnamon roll I crossed. When I got home (Tj) I was so excited to eat my cinnamon roll with my chia tea latte. I started eating it and it was dry so I warmed it for like 10 seconds or so in the microwave. It came out soft and warm again but was still so unsatisfying! After a few bites I was upset. I started moving the layers over and noticed that there was barely, if anything at all, cinnamon! These little guys are a pretty penny to NOT get it made right! I went back in to Cinnabon to complain about the dry cinnamon roll and request a replacement. An older lady was helping me and she just completely turned her back on me while I was talking to her. I showed her the pictures and all she could say was that next time I need to show a receipt. That they want to make their customers happy but that we need to show a receipt. She did give me another and the cinnamon roll this time was amazzzing! But the customer service was poor. This is the letter I sent to auntie Anne's/Cinnabon store when I bought Cinnabon & pretzels today. It pretty much ch says it all, so why bother when the employee won't acknowledge one's purchase? I love Cinnabon & auntie Anne's but this type of customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. To Whom It May Concern, Since there was nobody in the store, I took my time asking questions about the frequent customer card. I had changed wallets today so I didn't have my customer frequent cards from both auntie Anne's and Cinnabon ( I'm both a fan of Cinnabon & auntie Anne's that's why I can never decide what to get when they are together, which happens to be this store). The gentleman told me that since the store is new, they don't have it available. After my purchase, only then did the employee give me the info about the auntie Anne's app., even though I was already asking about it beforehand. After I made the purchase, I sat down & downloaded the app. Only then did I realize that I could have added points to my app with the purchase I just made. So I went back to the employee asking if he can consider my purchase for today now that I have the app. I was told that they can't. I had been asking info about them. Why can't he tell me about it beforehand so I could have downloaded the app then he could have scanned my app right then & there? I have been asking about the company's perks the whole time!!!. I understand if they can't retract the purchase but all they needed to do was to tell me about it BEFORE I made the purchase!!!! This is not good customer service in my opinion. worst customer service ever and their products are horrible. they offer a free soda when you check in but then they don't want to substitute any other drinks when their drink machine is out of "gas". apparently its ok to them to give customers flat drinks. the cinnabon i ordered was blah. i will never come to this place again. ive been here twice and both time they sucked. read more
