Let me first start this one saying it before anyone else does... this is partially my fault.. for several reasons.. I know.. and I have learned my lesson.. lol My dog chewed my charging cord for my phone.. so on our way home I said to my husband.."Run in 711 real quick and grab us 2. I know you can get them cheaper elsewhere but it was right there (convenience, ya know) anyway.. my husband went right in and grabbed a few, didn't see a $ amount but thought whatever, she wants them and they can't be that bad.. so checked out, swiped the debit card and came to the car.. of course I said.. how much were they.. he said I don't know, here's the reciept.. YALL.. They were OVER $50! I immediately grabbed them and the reciept.. went right back in and said.. umm no thanks.. we didn't realize they were THAT high.. The check out guy, really nice said sure no problem and went to give me a refund.. he was having issues and said let me call the manager at home.. she answered and after a brief explanation he said yo her.. "here you tell her that" and handed me the phone. Long story short she proceeded to tell me that once purchased, the "system" won't allow it to be reversed...Sorry! This all happened within 5 minutes. She did say that if I leave my number, she'd see what she could do and call me the next day.. no call. So I went back to the store and asked that they call her again for me.. they did, she apologized and said I promise she would call you the next morning.. we'll it's been 4 days now and I'm the proud new owner of 2 very expensive phone chargers.. I gave up.. never got a phone call.. shocker To the owner, if you see this and even care.. 1. mark your prices on your items so we can see what we're buying. (I should have checked) 2. Do what you say you're going to do.. return a call, work out something.. I would have even accepted an exchange or whatever. Don't make your customers chase after you. 3. Mark on the reciept.. no returns or exchanges.. then we'd know not to bother. It may not mean anything at all to you but I used to come in your store at least every other day for years. but I won't be gracing my presence again. No because of your high charging cables but because of the way this was handled. Yall learn from my mistake, walmart and dollar tree have charging cables for $10. read more

Donuts are always bait and switch. The price on the donuts doesn't reflect the price at the register. Then the cashier would rather throw away the donut then sell at the advertised prices. I am always told the made a mistake, etc. next time I will add pictures read more

The gas is cheap. The place is clean. The hot food is OK not the best. Tge people are friendly. You can get boiled peanuts! read more

I have Crohn's disease so I am a bit of a bathroom critic, however no words can describe how disgusting and filthy this bathroom was. There are random pieces of trash all over the floor. The toilet bowl brush (which is stored in the restroom for some reason) is wet. Covered in wet toilet paper and gross. The toilet itself looked like something out of a horror movie. Urine and feces running down the sides of the bowl. The only clean thing in this restroom was the door handle. Absolutely saddening. H read more

Rude Employees I came in to pump gas and get a few snacks. I got up to the counter and waited for the guy in front of me to finish paying. Once he finished paying, I walked up to the counter. I saw the lady working behind the counter look at me. There was a younger guy next to her trying to count his drawer. The lady didn't help me. She hid behind the counter trying to help the guy count his drawer. I stood there waiting for a second: nothing. I peak my head around to see the woman and ask if she can ring me up. She gives me this rude look and says that they are trying to switch shifts. The right thing for her to do would've been to acknowledge me with her words and politely ask me to give her a second. That is not what she did. Then when I came outside to the gas pump, it was turned off so I couldn't top my gas tank off. I won't be coming here again for anything. read more

I usually go in when the managers are there in the morning or much later in the evening when Michael or Nick are on. Today, I needed a carton of cigarettes and got treated to the rudest employee (Myra) I ever met. It was 10 am, she had 3 or 4 customers...no smile, no thank you. She had to ask me with a almost snarl which color menthol cigarettes are. I told her it would be nice if she could smile or say thank you and she snapped your welcome. read more
