Publix has a very nice variety of foods but is a bit pricier than other chains. I have one complaint-I buy their bulk sausage in the case & I have to ALWAYS check the buy before date-white a few times they had some that had expired dates mixed in with the rest. They need to pay attention to that aspect for fresh foods! Other than that the staff are helpful! read more

I generally never have anything but positive experiences here. Just this past week I brought an item back to ask if they would honor the sale price on the same item offered at another Publix locally-- I was told "no" it's the individual store manager's decision. The difference was $7.00. Very disappointing and not entirely transparent to the customer. It also begs the question, what were 6 or so of these items doing in the sales area when they were marked at full price?? It was a coffee item and the price difference was $7. Buyer Beware: what you are purchasing on that "sales kiosk" at this location may not actually be sale priced. read more

We got the BEST, excellent, customer service oriented and personal attention from the Pharmacy associates especially Ms. Heather of Publix super Mart for more than 5 + yrs now. We are spending time w/family in Texas for an extended time and realized our prescriptions are getting low. Pelham Family Medical (PRISMA) rejected our request to refill our Rx here in Texas. in short we got some problems. Heather and the pharmacy at Kroger in Prosper, Texas did everything they can to facilitate the transfer of our prescription. Thank you Kroger and Publix for the needed supply. This is my favorite location in the area. Very clean and organized, the associates are so kind and helpful. They're always willing to help find something. I think the only thing I absolutely hate at this location is how uncomfortable they make you feel at the self check out, they have one woman who guards them often and she will literally hover in your personal space watching you, it's so uncomfortable and at that point she should just ring the items up for us. read more

Publix use to be a welcoming store. I went to pick up meds for a shut in elderly lady. As I have been in their a lot for that reason . Saturday 1pm 10/28 2023, I got a birth date wrong, and the rudest cashier became confrontational. So she proceeded to carry the conversation In private with someone around the back . Before proceeding , Yes I'm a caregiver but I should not be called out for forgetting the birthdate wrong as if I'm a bad person, furthermore she needs to be a little more polite when working with the public, or is that what publix hires these days is rude unkind people. I just bought the half-slab of pork ribs. What a mistake. This tasted like hotdogs on a bone. I don't think I've ever had ribs this bad.

The staff is so rude and slightly racist! I was asking a simple question. The manager straight up told me she was off the clock! She was moving so fast I didn't even see or get her name. I called this pharmacy and was confirned it was okay to get my prescription filled, as rhat is where I have enjoyed going in the past. When I got there I was told by the young dude with the dark hair and glasses, that he couldn't handle filling my meds. before they closed. First time I cane acrosd this punk! He spent more time telling me to go to the ER, and yeah, so I can be left with a crazy bill! He also gave me wrong information and said he did not care if I wrote this review. Oh, and I had already gone to a clinic right before and we called to make sure they were going to fill my prescription. Customer satisfaction is non excistant these days. read more

Where shopping is a pleasure. It is my favorite place to run to as a mom to get away and look at all the pretty produce displays and get lost in the aisles with their BOGO deals! This time though, I was in for an online order pickup, yes I said it right, ONLINE ORDER! I ordered their famous subs so I did not have to wait in the long line around supper time rush and the fried chicken maze of people! It's worth it though, I get it, I've waited 1/2 an hour before on chicken it's that good! ANYWAYS, my online order was very simple and quick, I love that you can select the toppings you want or don't now. I had forgotten a couple items on one of the subs and called to see if they had already made them, and they did, but they very nicely gave me a couple side bags of those toppings that I can add myself. Picked the order up and they were as friendly and helpful as they were on phone. These subs are huge, and are just plain amazing! I rate them highly over any sub place I've ever been to! The prices are perfect and if you check their weekly flyer there are deals on a different sub a week! I can't ever say I've had a bad experience at any Publix but these ladies helped me out with my forgetfulness and they deserve a mention on here! I love Publix. I have been to this location many times and have not been let down once! I went today after work and it was packed. 7 of 9 lanes were open and had a cashier and bagger at each. The Walmart down the road could definitely learn a lesson from this Publix location. This location has always been clean and staff is always courteous. While I was in, the manager would walk around and bag the purchases while one of the associates was walking another client to their car what a great eye for customer service! Every time I saw an associate walk a customer out they would always be bringing carts back to make sure that the cart area was well stocked. Another plus is that you don't need to have a loyalty card like many other grocery stores. They pass the savings on to their customers! read more

I worked with their event planning team for my wedding. We ordered all of our flowers (Bridal bouquet, bridal party bouquet, boutonnieres the whole 9 yards!) and our cake from them and WOW! They did an amazing job. Everything was super affordable and I loved everything they provided us. We paid a small delivery fee, but everything was delivered on time to our venue on the day of the wedding and everything was beautiful! Anything the expensive florists can do.... Publix can do at a fraction of the price. Their cakes are delicious and they have a lot of beautiful designs you can choose from and customize. I cannot sing their praises enough! read more

Not all Publix stores are alike and this one in Taylors, SC is proof. I was greeted by every employee with a smile and, "Good morning." The produce section was immaculate with a great selection. Although I didn't check out many of the isles I was pleasantly surprised to find our favorite bread that I've been looking for since moving back to the Greenville area. I loved this Publix and would highly recommend for grocery shopping. read more

I am not happy I called them to get a order of salami because I didn't see it on the website. They never asked me if I wanted board head or Publix brand. I didn't know there was different ones. They never told me how much i it Was going to be. My aunt got the salami a week ago and hers was cheep. They gave me the more expansive one that cost me $22. I am very disappointed. I will never buy from their deli again for not informing me in the price difference. read more

This is one of my main go-to destinations for lunch. I love Publix subs. They are the best. I'm slowly training the employees that I don't want/need mayo/mustard on my Boar's Head Italian subs. However, if you want something different, get a Salsalito Turkey and Horseradish Cheddar (or Chipotle Gouda) sandwich. Let me start out by saying, I LOVE PUBLIX. They usually have great service, the stores are always clean, the staff if knowledgeable, and someone is always making sure you have what you need. For this store, however, I was very disappointed in the cake department. A friend of mine had ordered a gender reveal cake from this Publix and it was great, so I did the same. I used their online cake ordering which was really simple and quick. I asked for a vanilla layered cake, colored pink with white frosting. When my husband went to pick up the cake, the baking department told him they were unable to color the layers so they just added a strawberry filling instead. Big problem...This is NOT what I ordered OR paid for. Thankfully, everyone in my family who was attending the reveal first, likes strawberry and secondly, is not allergic to it. If anyone had been, there would have been no time to correct it. Planning the party was enough, so I just had him bring the cake home even though I was quite disappointed. Good customer service would have been, if they were unable to make what I requested, calling or emailing that the order would need to be altered; not just making an executive decision for me without my consent. When ordering online, both my phone and email were part of the checkout process, so there was no excuse not to contact me. The cake was indeed delicious and we all loved it, but it comes down to the fact that it was not what I ordered. I'm sure this would not have thrilled anyone. read more
