The worker was very rude. He tried to charge me extra for a cup that was thrown out because of their terrible soda machine. Everything was flat and when the worker was told this he called me a liar and said he checked it and got no complaints today, he then told me to never come back which I don't plan on anyway. read more

It's fine during the day if you need a cold drink or a quick snack. Staff is friendly enough for a 7-11, but here's my problem with this store. I'm a night owl. I'm posting this at 3:31am to be exact. It's marked as 24 hours, which most(all?) 7-11's are but I find this place closed at night more often than it's open. There are people in there but the doors are locked. I knocked one time and some guy told me to go away. I've seen it closed as early as 11am. I like reliability. When I get out the winter coat, jacket, boots and drive in a snow storm to get milk in the middle of the night, it's frustrating to find out your local 24 hour connivence store is suddenly not so connivence after all. read more

Pulled up at around 8pm on 11/5/2020. Person who was supposed to be working the counter was hanging out in the parking lot with friends, no social distancing and no masks. When he finally noticed I was at the counter, he walked in and rang me up, never even bothering with a mask. They even sell masks at the counter, but he couldn't be bothered. Won't be back. Bought an iPhone charger there. Plug it in and it's not compatible with my device. Tried to return it and they wouldn't take it back. Only offered an exchange. Got a coupon for some free electronic cigarettes. I'm standing at the counter, looking at the product on the shelf. Tried to cash in the coupon and they wouldn't take it. "We don't accept those coupons." Wow. Went to get a coffee. They never brew Guatemalan. There's a big Thermos there that says "Guatemalan" on the side, waiting to be filled. But they never make the Guatemalan. A couple times I got chicken fingers when I was starving. They were dried up and old. Yes, the parking lot is tight, but that's the least of there problems. Seriously the worst 7-eleven I've ever been to. By no means are 7-elevens in my mind a high standard store, but I have been here several times and the store is a mess. It looks so cluttered and the organization of everything is just confusing. Not to mention the staff is never at the counter and I always have to wait and I feel like I'm bothering whoever is working. My friend got a hot dog that must have been sitting under the heat lamp since the night before, he had an upset stomach for a week after that hot dog. Worst owners and managers ever. Fast hairy woman said my debit card was declined twice so I used my credit card which went through. Checked my account and 2 debits and 1 credit were posted. Showed so called manager and her and her son both got angry with me shaking their heads as I called bank in front of them. Bank rep said 2 debits came out in addition to credit purchase and I put manager on the phone. She said the bank said she was only paid once and when I got back on the phone, bank rep says I can't believe that woman just changed every word I said and she noted that in my account. On top of that, showed the hairy beast behind the counter my online banking and she says like an idiot the minus signs next to the two debits means they weren't paid, lmao, you can't make this up. So she was paid 3 times and I'll get my money from the bank, but the way she lied and yelled at me like I did something wrong, when all she had to do was 2 reverse debits, just shows you that illiterate, dishonest people will do anything to screw you. read more

LOVE this 7-Eleven! Staff is so courteous, helpful, and very friendly to their customers. Food is always fresh & delicious. The cappuccino machine with the hot cocoa is so yummy & VERY reasonably priced. Every time I visit, I always see someone cleaning or doing something productive--definitely looks spic-n'-span clean. I am addicted to their lovely meaty wings! (I call ahead and order a bunch, so t's ready when I arrive (super convenient). I will absolutely drive out of my town EACH time to go to ONLY this location. SO worth it. Thanks Verona 7-Eleven! Kudos! read more

Seem nice enough in the am, and the prices for soda and breakfast food is reasonable for a 7-11... The place also seemed clean.
