The female then rolled her eyes and said something in her language. When I asked the male associate to review the camera and zoom in, it was found that the woman was wrong. I immediately pressed for the female cashier's name to issue to corporate and she refused the entire time. That female repeatedly urged that if we did not leave she would call the police. Only for my cousins sake, we left. The woman working over night at the 7/11 severely needs retraining in interpersonal relations/customer service training. She is rude, unprofessional and incompetent.

Sometimes it smells like armpits... But I've been to 7-Elevens that have been/smelled worse. Aside from the occasional errant smell, this place is great if you are looking for a place to grab a quick drink or snack from. My wife who loves Slurpees a mere fraction that I do has asked me to drive us to this specific location for a Slurpee when she's thirsty. The drink counters are well stocked and clean. The Slurpees have consistently been at the right consistency when we've come. And the Slurpee flavors they carry tend to include the latest offerings. Getting in and out of here is easy and I appreciate that. This location was giving away free small Slurpees on 7/11 to celebrate Free Slurpee Day. There was no gimmick or hassle to get one, just pour yourself a small Slurpee between 11am and 7pm, show the cashier, get the thumbs up, and be on your way. If you have the 7-Eleven app there is No Hassle to use it here. What's not to love about getting a free drink after buying any 6 drinks from 7-Eleven? I asked the cashier whether they had a 20 pound bag and he indicated that they don't have 20 pound bags but, I may take 4 bags of 5 pounds and he would charge me the price for a 20 pound bag. I brought bags to the counter and a different staff told me that I will need to pay a 5 pound price for each bag and she then she called another staff member. The attitude was very curt and unprofessional. They told me that the staff, who was there earlier was wrong. Then she asked me to put the non-bought bags back into the freezer. Do you participate or not? And if she doesn't know THIS what else Doesn't she know? My most recent experience warranted a beyond frustrating experience that has led me to change my perspective of this business. Most recently, I decided after many times of horrible counter service, maybe a pick up order ahead of time, using Square, is best. Placed the order and drove 30 min to pick it up. Arrived at Forum and the kid behind the counter says "oh I didn't make it because we don't have the ingredients" !!! Not a phone call, nothing. Then he offered to make me something else, both of which were incorrect- this took 25 minutes !!!! 25 minutes to make two drinks- wrong. I was patient, he was alone, however last visit was similar with two people behind counter. The coffee is good. Service is horrendous.
