She gave me a number to call specifically on Mondays 11am-12pm and ask for Kevin. I called. The person said Kevin was already gone and I would need to be in person for the refund. I explained I had already drove away 300 miles and could not go in person, but I did have a receipt with the transaction info. I was told there is nothing that can be done to help me. The amount is only $6, but it is the matter of principal. This is the 21st century, this place should be able to give a refund over the phone. Also, the clerk was talking to another person when I called, who I think was Kevin, who did not want to talk to me. I asked if there was a better time to call for him and she could not give me that simple information. This places sucks. I think the car wash is a scam.
