Credit to the the staff but with rite aid going down and all those customers transferring to Walgreens it's a lot on their plate. Prescribed a controlled substance for the pain, (god forbid), and on arriving home my chosen cvs was nearly closed.. they suggested I call here to make sure it's ok to request a transfer, noting that it said "action required" on my cvs account.. (the original location agreed to fill anyhow in the morning, I guess they have an inkling of humanity?) but, I did try to call here first to see about getting it filled sooner, tonight. Well, apparently there wasn't enough info for the woman pharmacist here. Fine. So, I said I would bring my ER paperwork with me, in person. She rejected the idea very quickly and rudely. The contempt in her voice was unmistakable. ((I guess I have to go out of my way to prove to the woman that I indeed am having a miscarriage, even though the prescription was clearly ordered by the ER!!!)) ..and I have all the paperwork to prove it. I even have an online patient portal! but this woman must think I'm a freaking hacker who hacked the whole damn hospital system, because I guess the one in a million chance is worth playing it safe at my expense. She sure doesn't have to feel any pain so why would she loose sleep. LOL. so messed up She didn't even offer to call on my behalf! No courtesy at all. She just completely shut me down and made me feel like crap for even asking. As if my situation was not horrible enough. Car wash scam. I am…read morefiling a formal complaint regarding a car wash service associated with 7-Eleven located at 28854 McCall Blvd, Menifee, CA 92585. I was charged twice for a single car wash service, despite requesting a refund after the first charge. The payment is processed through the same terminal system used by the location. On my first visit, I paid at the automated terminal before entering the car wash. There were no visible warning signs or indications that the system was not functioning properly or that customers should not proceed. I entered the wash in normal operating conditions. During the wash, my vehicle was sprayed and brushed without proper guidance or indication of correct positioning or procedure. The process resulted in visible damage to the vehicle's exterior (micro-scratches / paint damage) and the vehicle was not properly dried at the end of the cycle. After the service, I immediately approached staff (Aniket and Guri) and clearly requested a refund due to improper service delivery. Instead of issuing a refund, I was charged again for another wash. At the time, I believed this was a refund transaction, however I later confirmed through my receipt and bank record that I had been charged a second time. This resulted in a total charge of approximately $30 for two wash transactions, while the service was not properly provided. I returned again to request a refund for both charges. At that time, I was informed by staff that a refund could not be processed because a manager was not available. I was told I would need to wait, despite the fact that other car wash businesses typically process refunds immediately at the point of service. Based on this experience, I believe there was a failure in proper service delivery, lack of adequate operational communication to customers, and improper handling of refund requests. I am requesting a full refund of all charges and review of their billing and refund practices to ensure customers are not charged multiple times without proper service resolution.
