The first issue was that our order was handed out to the wrong customer because of a common name mix-up. A simple solution would be using last initials, nicknames, or order numbers for customers with common names. Unfortunately, it didn't get better from there. After remaking the drinks, the order was still wrong two more times. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of urgency to correct it. While we waited, staff continued pushing out other customers' orders while ours kept getting delayed and moved to the back. Mistakes happen, but three failed attempts for basic latte drinks and a 20-minute wait during a slow afternoon is unacceptable. The lack of organization, attention to detail, and customer service left a poor impression. Unfortunately, despite the nice environment, we will not be returning. I highly recommended that if you have a common name to add your last name initial.
