Just had an issue at one of the pumps. Selected $50.00 and the pump said to wait one moment....then…read morenothing happened as far as fuel, but the machine took the transaction. So I pressed the call button...again and again and again. So after a couple of minutes I went into the store and asked for the pump to be reset. The girl behind the counter told me to go to another pump. When I expressed my concern about the $50.00 out of my account, she dismissed me and accused me of being rude to her. I got her to sign my receipt and write "had a problem with pump 5". If you think I won't be getting a bank statement right away to make sure I didn't get ripped of, you are mistaken.So much for pleasant customer service..very disappointed.

They just changed over to chip readers in their pumps, and since…read moreI've been noticing they will often give you Super gas (The most expensive) when you explicitly chose the cheapest gas. When you complain they will either tell you that you are wrong, or try to tell you that you must have pressed the wrong button by accident. Neither of those things are possible - the pump I used clearly said the cheapest was selected but the price was charging was for the most expensive, and I've been pressing the same button for years with no issue, until the new chip readers were installed. Either way, they won't even take your complaints seriously - they may be scamming lots of people but either simply don't care or it's intentional.

Hostess chips with WWF wrestler stickers inside and large glass bottles of Pepsi and Jolt that we could return later for a refund. I am now in my 30's and while I no longer live in the area I still come back every now and then. The family owned and run store is the best, and the people are friendly . When I was 10 I tripped over a curb infront of the store and hit my head splitting it open. The owner came out and took me inside and held a towel on my head until I was taken to the hospital. Generally caring people that have been in the community for a long time. While the area has changed a lot and the people in the area are not the same this store and the owners have not changed.

Needed to get some emergency toiletries and thankfully Market Commons was well equipped with all the essentials. Plus the delicious snacks and drinks you can expect. What surprised me was how clean and organized it was, which I don't normally expect from convenience stores. And, the owner was super nice! Will make making frequent visits, I'm sure.

This place is amazing! They sell coffee and tea, in a wide selection. The coffee is roasted locally…read moreby 3 different roasting companies. Lots of different teas are on display. Although the coffee was really tasty (I had the medium roast), what really impressed me were the teas! What do you call those flowery jasmine scented ones that blossom in the teapot? You don't see them for sale just everywhere! I got a few as gifts; they're 70 cents each. You walk into the main serving area where you go to the counter to order and pay, and pass through to the next room where there are couches and a high table with chairs. Free wi-fi - just ask for the access code. The young man at the counter was very informative and knowledgeable, and not shy to share the details! Incidentally, they have a section of items for sale near the entry door. Usually, they carry cup sleeves which look to be hand crochet. Neat oh! However, on this visit, they were sold out. Time for me to get the needles and yarn out! Oh yeah!! Beware their hours, though: they're only open 8:00am to 5:00pm during the week, and only 8:00 - 1:00 on Saturdays. As they grow, so perhaps will their hours. I would definitely go back!
