This company was great to work with. They worked to meet my needs and schedule. In fact they were already at the house and inspecting the roof when I arrived. The owner actually came out with another employee and did the inspection at my house. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me. He was also very thorough with his inspection. He took a multitude of pictures and had what seemed to be endless notes that covered every inch of the house. He documented the good things and he noted areas of improvement. Once provided with the results the next day, I was extremely impressed with the organization of them. The notes he took during the inspection were nearly typed into their respective section of the house. Everything was so detailed and concise that even my real estate agent was impressed. Seven Oaks Home Inspection completed two home inspections during the search for my first home. Not having much knowledge of what to look for, the staff at 7 Oaks were informative, realistic, and helpful. During an inspection of a house I really liked, the inspector pointed out a bowed wall in the basement that even my realtor had glossed over. The inspector told me possible options to fix the wall if I really wanted it but I chose against the house. For the second inspection, the inspector drove an hour away from their business. Their inspections are thorough (structure, basement, bathrooms, roof, attic, windows, door frames, appliances, yard, etc). Prices are excellent!
