Representatives were knocking on doors and handing out fliers and if a resident did not answer the door they left an advertisement behind. Now some of the advertisements that were not retrieved by residents are on the common ground throughout the community.

Contacted Precision Garage to have repairs made to my garage door. Booked the appointment online…read moreat around 1pm. Was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to respond between 2 - 4 pm that day. Glen and Nate arrived a little after 2pm. they assessed the situation and provided me with 3 bids for various work on the door. After approving a bid, they proceeded to go right to work. They were very professional. I pointed out a broken piece on the door which they repaired with a bracket that will never fail. They replaced that piece, the long rod (that had bowed), and the springs. They also pointed out a section of overhead shelving that the door slightly rubbed on. A touch up of spot sanding will remedy that. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door. Thanks Glen & Nate.

Crooked Joe came out to give an estimate on my neighbors garage door which I ran my golf cart into…read more Quoted me $2700 for the three bottom panels. I gave Crooked Joe a $500 deposit. Crooked Joe called back later in the day saying my neighbors daughter was mean to his wife on the phone and that he would not be doing the job. And then he refused to return my $500 deposit. Saying that is just how it is. Ended up going with Cardinal which charged me$2600 for all four panels and all the rails. Joe has a serious problem. Cardinal doors is the way to go. Stay away from Crooked Joe and his crooked business practices.

After having 8 interior doors replaced by Wagner Dooring over 2 days we found some minor issues that required attention (door casing not lining up, some holes not covered from installation, etc.) We were not worried as we knew Wagner had to come back since one door was cracked from the manufacturer. However, 2 days later I went to our guest room to install a door knob that we were told was broken to find the door beyond abused by what looks like a hammer (see picture below). When I texted the owner he simply responded "wow. who tried to break in?", which I thought was weird but understandable. That was the last true communication I had with Joe Wagner other than "sorry I am in a meeting" texts. It is important to note that up until the work was done and paid for Joe was EXTREMELY easy to reach and very cordial. It is clear that his 1 year warranty is of no use as a warranty is only as good as the man's word who is giving it.
