Professional, Prompt, Proficient, and most of PHENOMENAL! Matt Vehige and his keen well trained eye noted a loose toilet bolt on the inspection report. Easy fix right?...Well because of the loose bolt the toilet flange was found broken and when the plumber cleaned the pipe for flange replacement noticed a crack down further. In Summary the pipe was leaking waste water in a tiny amount. The pipe was replaced and found to be compromised in strength so only a matter of time before the finished basement would need ripped out and professional sewer mitigation would be needed and the cost would have been epic not to mention the mold and bacteria that we would be breathing from waste water saturation of the insulation and wall studs. Great experience from start to finish. It was very easy to schedule my inspection online and when I had questions leading up to the inspection date the team was very helpful. Zac was on time, very thorough not only during the inspection, but also in the report that followed. I was purchasing a property in MO and had Greystone Inspection Services do my home inspection. My realtor recommended them so I went with this company. I included sewer inspection. When I received the report the sewer inspection was not done due to access issues. This was not communicated to me or my realtor. I reached out to them with no avail. I called and emailed to see if there were plans of doing the sewer inspection but no one got back or replied to me. I eventually got hold of Megan over the phone and at this point the purchase didnt go through so I requested a refund to which Megan replied that she will issue the $160 something refund to my credit card. It has been 2 months and I have not seen the refund. I called several times and each time I did not get a reply or call back. I would look for another inspection company as they clearly do not value their clients. read more

Over the course of the hellish several months that my husband and I searched for a home (one), Zac ended up inspecting 3 (!) for us. Two of those inspections resulted in us walking away from houses that would have required us to each sell a kidney to make livable, despite them looking like a million bucks on the surface (or the $150K houses that they were). I had several issues after moving into my home, some which should have definitely been caught during the home inspection. He did not inspect thoroughly which will end up costing me a few thousand dollars. He also shared my personal information with an alarm company without my permission.
