He was very honest, and was able to address our questions on the spot, and provided a comprehensive solution. Jake arranged for the main office to call to confirm scheduling and color selection. We were unsure of what we wanted, and were impressed when Hannah made a house call with color swatches. Hannah was able to get a very quick turnaround on getting the work done, and within a week, they installed the quietest, nicest garage door and opened that I have ever seen. Having done a number of projects with various vendors over the past 6 months, I really appreciate that O'Fallon Overhead doors was prompt, honest, professional, and did exactly what they said that they were going to do. Less than an hour later I got a call they were running ahead of schedule, had an open slot, and were on their way.
