I needed to make a last minute reservation to get to the SeaTac Airport. Given that my travel arrangements were made merely hours before my actual flight, I did not expect to be able to reserve a town car in time. Nevertheless, after contacting this company, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a very competitive quote right away. Their reservation specialist/operator was very friendly and took the time to walk me through their reservation process as well as helped me figure out what time I needed to be picked up and dropped off in order to make my flight in time. My driver was very professional both in his interaction and appearance. He was punctual and made my trip stress free. The very first time that used their service was two months ago when I needed a towncar to drop me off at the airport within an hour and a half. The company th who's services I usually utilize was unable to provide me with a driver in such a short notice. However, once I contacted Seattle Seattle towncar and limousine, their friendly operator was extremely helpfull and told me not to worry about anything, She dispatched a towncar as I was speaking with her over the phone. My car arrived a few minutes prior to the quoted time and my driver, Ian was polite and professional. A 5 star company. I have been using this company for different events for the last few months. A month ago i got a limo for our anniversary and Excellent service once again! The driver "Ian" called about 30 minutes before our pick-up time, letting me know he would be about 10-15 minutes early. It was a comfortable, stress-free (also important in picking limo over taxi). He was super nice like always, patient and charming. Excellent driver who go out of his way to ensure you have the best time possible, and very professional and clean vehicles. From the initial phone call to the drop off and pick us up at night everything they provided was excellent. All our friends were surprised, impressed and felt so very special. This company was recommended to us by the staff at the Hyatt hotel. At first, we didn't make much of their recommendation thinking that it was just another limo company with a business card at the concierge desk. This turned out to be far from the truth. Their personalized service and professionalism is unmatched by any other company that I've come across. Our reservation was made through the hotel. Following our meeting, our driver was ready for us outside. This being our first time visiting Seattle, our group couldn't decide where to go for lunch. Our driver gave us several options and took us to a wonderful restaurant by the beach. Afterwards, he took us to various attractions around Seattle and gave us a superb personalized experience. The first time that I used any town car services, I called 7 stars. I had an amazing customer experience. I made my reservation a month ahead and the receptionist politely asked me after taking all my info if I would like to get a friendly reminder day before our trip (I'm surprised that they find the time to do that!) Their rate couldn't be beat by anyone and their car arrived early (the driver was more than happy to wait for me to get ready and didn't make me feel rushed.) I booked 7 Stars Limo for my parents' anniversary. With the stress of the planning, I ended up goofing the time (I thought 'service' time was the church service!) Rafa was polite and responsive and even though I had the service time an hour later than it should have been, our limo arrived only 15 minutes late. David (our driver) was awesome. My parents rode with their grandkids and they all had a blast! Their only regret was that the drive to the reception was too short, and that the kids were not allowed to touch the champagne! This company is a 7 star company. Our driver Emil, was on time and professional. He got us to all our destination in a timely and save manor. We rented one of their limos for our son's wedding. After dropping us at the wedding in Seattle the bride had left her bouquet of flowers in the trunk. It took us a little time to discover this and the driver I'm sure was well on his way. We reserved a 10 passenger stretch limo for 3 hours to take us around the city (as directed) The driver arrived at least 15 minutes early and made sure to call me when he arrived.
