It was finished with red wine vinaigrette. We also tried the animal fries which are their house fries with beer cheese sauce and griddled onions. I am not a huge fan of mustard, so a skipped the ODD sauce and instead substituted this with the spicy queso sauce. Great selection of beer. However, I am on medication where I shouldn't have alcohol and was disappointed that they don't have any near beers available. I understand that it is a huge production to brew it, however, I think that perhaps some cans of another company's could be available to drink. I instead got a fruit spritzer which was fine, but with pizza a beer would have been so much better. Our server was friendly and helpful and our food came quickly. It was really tasty. Nice crust on the pizza and a decent amount of toppings. Fries were yummy too. Great cut on the fries, loved the amount of onions on it and the queso cheese was good, but for the upcharge I would have liked better. Pretty basic in terms of ambiance. They love to support local and only carry draft beers from local breweries. Their plan is to start brewing their own beer here shortly. They brought in a chef with extensive training in Italian food, who created the entire menu. They can proudly say that all of their menu items are prepared fresh from scratch. All the beers tasted fresh and our favorites were; Shiddy's Wild Peach Pie (only available here) and Chase Your Tail Nut Brown Ale were our favorites. I wanted to try the Dog Parks and Rec Raspberry Ale but unfortunately, they were sold out. All the beers tasted fresh. The Caesar was nice and had a kick to it which I enjoyed. You can tell all of their food is fresh and tastes quite good, the spices and aromatics of the Chicken & Fennel made it one of our favorites. The Classic Margherita Pizza was delicious. The chef uses a high-water content dough, that when cooked perfectly comes out light and fluffy and a nice crisp to the crust but not greasy. The dough to toppings and sauce ratio was perfect, this dish is a definite winner. As they have just opened, they are working on procuring some Canadian themed artwork to hand on their walls.

So when the back window of my car was smashed out by shitty people, and I ended up next door getting it fixed I was not gonna miss the opportunity and when here directly after getting my car back. They only have pizza to eat in a few types. I got a special limited sun spice bag pizza. I have heard of spice bag, but never had one. I think it is an uk Ireland thing. The pizza had Indian spices with peppers and fries. It was great. And they did have some nice dark beers. See photo. I forget what they called what I had but it was nice a light and refreshing. I definitely need to look into taking a tour here. I highly recommend you order a flight and a specialty cocktail! For our first visit we shared a juice, a cocktail, a flight, a main, a salad, three shareables, and a dessert. Basically a little sampling of heaven! Let's break it down: Perfect Pear - 1.5 oz. MD dry gin, 1 oz. pear brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, Prosecco, and torched house foam. This cocktail was PEARfectly smooth and something I'd order again and again! The presentation was beautiful and everything I look for in a specialty cocktail. $15 Next up was our flight - we selected 1 gin, 1 lemon cello, and 2 vodkas. Really fun and a great way to try a variety of their spirits. Definitely save some sips to savour with your meal to bring out different notes! $12 Bread and Butter - The tween gobbled this up and hubs and I barely got a piece each. Everything is house made here even the butter is whipped in house! $4 Crispy Potatoes - Truffled aoili and ketchup. Came here for wing night with a couple girlfriends. This place does not do reservations on wing…read morenight but we didn't have to wait too long to be seated. We showed up around 7:30pm and waited only about 10 minutes however there was a customer who walked in after us and was seated before us because they were quite pushy with the hostess saying they were only 2 people and I'm sure they can sit down now. Found that to be a little bit annoying but not the restaurant's fault. They did have a contact tracing sheet in front and everyone was using the same pen and touching the paper all over so not sure how sanitary that is....I guess just make sure to sanitize before and after and it's fine. The place does have a lot of dividers up between patrons and tables. The staff does wear masks properly as well and I did see them wiping tables and chairs in between guests. The menu is a QR code too which is nice. We ended up ordering a round of Bellinis as they were on special and a bunch of wings. The wings seemed a bit less cooked than they could have been. On the inside they were not as hot as I would have liked but they were tasty still. The nachos were delicious! Lots of banana peppers and jalapeños which is what I love so they were definitely my favourite. We also opted to try two desserts, the leprechaun pie which was minty and a bit frozen, it was delicious. The s'mores cake was also really yummy! Super sweet tho but tasted like a deconstructed s'more. We had to flag the waitress down a few times, she was really busy that evening, as we were missing cutlery, needed water refills, wanted to order dessert, and had to send 10 of the wings back as they were really not cooked as much as we would have liked. Luckily the rest were ok. But overall it was a very enjoyable experience and food was good.
