The driveway that's supposed to be a terracotta color has a white waxy film and dark botches all over it. I am a very unsatisfied customer. What could improve? The owners willingness to fix the problem in a professional manner instead of arguing and finding blame OR give me a partial refund that would release him from any liability so I could hire someone else.
