Hi, my name is Tom. I have been with Jimenez since 2018 and it's been a great experience. Maria is very personable and the office is inviting and friendly and I like the decor. I was with AAA before but it was just too expensive, so I decided to find a "Psst, over here" cheap insurance company. Jimenez saved me almost $200 a month and I haven't noticed a decline in quality of service. So I got my dad and my girlfriend to switch too. Recently my 78 year old father got baited by some predatory online ad for cheaper insurance from AIG, and wanted me to help him switch again. The pandemic was just starting to hurt small businesses so I asked him, "where is this company located?" He didn't know. "Can you go in and talk to someone who knows your name?" No. I told him "call Maria. She'll remember you. Non-op the car you don't drive and you'll save money. You want a place where you can go in and talk face to face with someone you know. Plus, they need your business right now." Maria helped him non-op his accord and he called back to thank me for convincing him not to go with some corporate computer algorithm. Best Insurance Agency around! I have had insurance with several of the big name companies and have had ok service, but Pamela and her staff go above and beyond to help you out.
