The letter I received was very reassuring that it would be "seamlessly transitioned" and that my account was in good hands. Well, that is not at all what I experienced. Essentially I was told to contact the insurance carrier, which was Foremost, directly for my policy in order to renew it. At first I was told that this Farmers office did not have access yet to Foremost portal and to call back in 1-week, when they would then have access. So I did that and got the "brush-off". I asked to have my call returned and never received a call back. So there it goes... not very professional! They could of at least have called me back to say they were not supporting Foremost policies and that I needed to do it myself. BUT, on the good side... I am now in control of my policy vs. having to go through another insurance company and dealing directly with Foremost, where we found that there were several errors on my account information that was input incorrectly by the original Farmers agent. Ha!

Maria was great to start with and got me excited to get my project over with as I felt I finally found someone who could handle the work and I was going to get it resolved. However she ended up being very rude after a couple emails, of nothing but communication and eagerness to connect the dots with what was going on. She even went as far as cancelled my appointment for the following week. Maybe it was the way I worded the email asking her to make sure our appointment was with her because I had been working with her and I believe the secretary scheduled it with a different agent, or maybe Maria just didn't read it right, but If you want to be treated as a client with professionalism and respect, go elsewhere.
