I was told that it was and that the company sends out mass texts and to disregard those texts. I was told I wasn't taken off their list yet. I just got a cancellation notice and I called and my policy has been cancelled since July. It is September. Now there is nothing the company can do? I talked to the owner Pamela and she took no fault whatsoever. She said that her computer program canceled tell me if I'm on automatic payment?? So I have been driving without a license unbeknownst to me and they take Zero responsibility. Now I'm at risk of a suspended license.

We are now insured through another agency who also did not see this accident on his record. When we called recently to talk to them about it they said they contacted State Farm for proof but the proof they provided wasn't something they could use. Personally i feel since no other insurance agency sees this accident on his record they just used his excuse to get more money out of him. Not good business practice in my book.
