My first oil change in New York was great, and I got a free car wash. All of that for $30. Cheaper than in the Chicago suburbs.

I wish I can leave a negative rating One star is too much of a complement for this scam of a business. I purchased the most expensive detail job. I was sold on the service by the manager, I forget her name but she's a nasty heavy set Spanish woman. Regardless I come back to pick up my car after 7 hours!, and it's filthy. .. absolutely disgusting. My carpets were dirty, the vehicle was not properly vacuumed, my window had streaks as if they used a dirty rag to wipe them and the wax was not properly applied, my black car had white buff marks all over. When I went to the manager and complained about the quality of the work and the amount of time it took to complete she looked at me as if I was crazy. It was not until I was adamant that she comes out to review the work that she finally came out and after having to point out the many flaws and dirty marks in my car did she agreedwith me that everything was extremely subpar and needed to be done again. To make things worse no refund was offered or recourse for such a poor job, she offered for me to leave my car with them for another 7 hours. I dropped my car the next day, came back to pick it up and you could've sworn nothing was done. Negative 10 stars.... They just hit my daughter's car and the manager Adam Rodriguez calls her a liar that it never happened. Then proceeds to tell me that she is a liar. I would recommend that you run far away from this place. read more

paid $20 for a "better package:. They DID NOT clean inside of windows,,,they DID NOT vaccum...in fact removing the mats they dirtied the seats..they DID NOT wipe down the interiror..they DID NOT clean the rims..in fact I had to clean them myself. If you want your car to be more dirtier, than this is your place. I will never go back ever again even if they pay me to go. The staff members r rude and don't care about anything bec they have huge account with honda and other dealership where they make most money from and even if you pay they do the same job, no difference. When your car goes in, they vacuum to the point where they still leave all dirt under the carpet and on the side of the seats floor. I notice they do not use soap when you go wash through. All the bird shit and all the dirt on the car still stayed and I went through my fingers and it went off. Then inside they do not wipe any dust on the dashboard or anywhere. Suuuuuper expensive! Got the oil changed for my sonata. $90!!!!!!!! I loved how the complimentary car wash did not include armor all on the tires. Never coming back here again. This should have cost $50 the most. And that's with a wash. read more

I have been using this car wash for over a year now. They do a pretty good job cleaning your car and it's pretty fast. They ensure the car is wiped clean and there's no soap mark left. The price is also reasonable. Overall, I would say this place is pretty good. read more

I went today for the $70 synthetic oil change which comes with a free car wash. To say the least the car wash was a joke and I would never take my car here just for a wash. They literally returned the car the same way I gave it to them just smeared with water. read more

The worst car wash ever. Even the attendant told me they don't care since they had another fight with the manager.

I want to start by saying this is my worst experience at a car wash place I consider myself to be a car guy and I do you wash my car often as soon as I got in I will I win for the most expensive which is the VIP which was priced at $35 which includes wax vacuum tire wax the works as soon as I saw my car somebody jumped in the car and drove it up I look away I go down To see that someone left the windshield wiper on and now it's scratching the window I go ahead tell the manager that and he comes back to me and tells me that I left the windshield wiper on on a sunny day he told me he was working he's been working there 25 years and that this happens all the time that customers leave their wipers on I remember vividly not turning on my wipers at least for two days since hasn't rained and my car stays garaged. My car doesn't even have automatic rain sensing wipers like my other car but the manager knows my car better than i do but the manager did not want to hear it he's been doing this for 25 years and yet he's been having the same problem for the past 25 years you would think for someone being in the business for 25 years they would train their staff to check if the Windshill wipers are on and off because they do enter the car but no I was furious I didn't even ask for a discount or anything I just went back to my car to go home to come back to my car to rims that were still dirty to come back to my car that had that still had Cheeto's in the backseat and dirt and chips on the seat this is by far the worst car wash you can go to in Queens unfortunately there's not too many carwashes in Queens so the selection is limited but please do yourself a favor and stay away from this car wash and especially this manager at the the positive part was the register lady was nice enough to give me a five dollar discount off my $35Car wash and my car was not completely clean and even worse the inside still had chips visibly one my seats and visible things to be cleaned save yourself some time and go somewhere else take it from me I got back my car dirty and furious after my car wash and a broken windshield wiper which was neglected by the manager who worked there for 25 years I have no idea why he has been working there for 25 years if this is how he's going to manage this business... maybe he needs a career change. read more

The worst ever . 15 dollars for what? Their machine doesn't work. When the car came out there was still white foam on it and the worker took a hose and washed down my car. Then the car is still moving on the conveyor. He moves on to the next car. My car is about to hit the next one. I was about to jump in my car myself to move it. This business needs to be checked out. Stay away from this place! Went to this place for a car wash. When they guys told me the car was ready I got in and left, few minutes after I realized that they kept the floor mats but I was on my way to work so I couldn't go back until the next day. The manager said that it was my fault for leaving without the mats, then he came back with a bunch of mats from other people but not mine, the manager said that they probably gave them to somebody else then and that it happens all the time. Then he gets irritated because I wanted my mats back and tells me to leave. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! Not only the service is terrible, but you'll end up spending $100 extra in floor mats that they stole from you. Also the manager is an ash**e and has no idea about customer service. read more

This is possibly the worst car wash I have ever been to. Wanted to get the exterior and interior( vacuum). After waiting in line for about 20 minutes the person, explained to me that they no longer do the interior. Fine, I paid $10 dollars for their most expensive package, which was supposed to include vacuum. After going through the car wash, which only lasted about 30 seconds, with their old machinery, I stopped at the front so the employees would dry the car. 2 older man approached the car, told me it was done and to Continue to the exit. I got out my car to vacuum the car and the car was still half wet, not properly cleaned. My advice, use this car wash service only if you need an EXTERIOR WASH take your own towel to dry the thoroughly. read more

they put wrong oil in my car their method of finding your correct oil is not accurate!! .they treated me badly talked quietly to eachother about me in spanish i want about to start a fight with people that was already working on my car .the guy that did my oil change was one the guys that was drying the cars outside obvious didnt have automotive trade schooling didnt even speak english. tried sell me stuff i didnt need as usual pretend they care about your car. this place has gone down hill for over a year now. im never going again !! i DONT recommend going here at all .. this place sucks dont go here you will regret it.. only reason i was going here was out of convienience i dont live too far from there but now im going to another one in brooklyn.. ps i cant post unless i give at least 1 star..so the star is not cause i kind of like it..dont go here . real talk peace out. I had my car washed before leaving on vacation. I didn't realize they didn't put the floor mats back until the next day. When I called, the owner said they have a fool proof system and they don't have my mats. Now I have crappy Walmart floor mats because the original Camry mats are $100. I've been using Boulevard for car washes and oil changes for 20 years. I'll spend my money someplace else now. If you use them, make sure they put your floor mats back in your car. read more

Brought my truck for an oil change only to have the guy approach me to tell me that the oil plug is stripped." That's funny" I said to him" you were the same guy that did my last oil change and you said the same thing last time". Want to talk about a red face. He also stripped the oil pan threads. Did he purposely do this? I would bet he did. Same guy tells a woman with a brand new car after a wash that she needs to run it through the wash again for a triple wax. Triple wax on a brand new car? Being that I live in the area I always wondered what was the big deal about this place. They always have cars lined up waiting to get their car washed here. Today, deciding to satisfy my curiosity, I took my brand new 2 week old car to get washed and I got the "works" to say the least I left with my car dirtier than when I came in. As my car was being pushed through the belt, they were so backed up that they didn't notice another car was directly behind mine and I saw it bang into the back of my car leaving 2 dent marks from the other cars license plate. When I asked the manager "Cesar" he had the audacity to say that all "NYS bumpers have dents and scratches on them". At no point did they apologize or take any blame. Speaking to Cesar was like speaking to a 5 yr old. He then decided to grab someone else and that guy told me that my driving habits were bad and he personally stopped the machine before it hit the car which was case because I saw my car jerk forward as the other car hit it. When I asked him to look at the cameras he said he doesn't have time and they would have to call the company which will take days. Please EVERYONE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I truly feel bad for everyone else that goes here. We paid $25 to get our car banged up and smudged. If I could give this place -100 stars I would. read more

I get my oil change by them for the last 3 years. One things for sure, they're great. They're really quick about it and they look to go the extra step and warn me about air filters. They're not ripping me off cuz I take note of when I changed my air filters and they're usually consistent about asking me about changing them. You do get a free basic car wash with the oil change but honestly, the car wash is not that great. I even tried to get their delux detail cleaning today which came out to $28 after the oil change discount. Honestly, they did a great job on the doors but that was the extent of it. They didn't clean my chairs, they THREW my floor mats back into the car without straightening them. They almost forgot to armorall my tires. It was a waste of money quite frankly. I wouldn't recommend it. Go for the oil change, take the basic car wash and yea...that should be the extent of it. read more

Got my car washed and notice there were only two people drying cars. They're probably day workers who don't care about your car because most likely they won't be there tomorrow. They never changed towels, so my car was wiped down with the same dirty cloth they used on previous fifty cars. Didn't realized how bad it was until later on when I noticed how smudged my windows were. This place gets a lot of business because there's no other car wash around this area, plus you can get a cheap exterior only car wash, but they will mess up your car with poor products, not enough water and temp workers. I wish someone else would take over this place and make it more respectable. read more

Worst experience ever. I went there for the first time with a free car wash voucher from Ford service center, took the car in, get out , showed them my free voucher and they started vacuuming inside the car. I then get a slip to take to the register. Lady at the register say $6. I said for what? You took the Basic wash and your Voucher only covers $8. I was so confused. I didn't ask for any basic wash. I said, the voucher says FREE CAR WASH. Why am I paying. Then she replies you took a vacuum cleaning. And which I didn't. The workers there didn't speak English and started vacuuming. The problem with this place that the people who work there do not appreciate other people's property, and they hired bunch of lasy immigrants who are not professional and can't communicate with the customer, and don't understand that the business in this country is not done like that. I been there several times because I live not far away from this place, but the last time was my last time there. Guys if you will go there just make sure that you took all expensive stuff from your car out before you give it for the car wash because if it will be missing they will tell you that it was like that before :) prices are fine for the service. Horrrible carwash/ lube location in queens. Owners changed and everything went south. Came here to get a full so call " Detail" ($180) and 5 hours later it looked horrible. Not satisfied at all.
