STAY AWAY. Long time customer. Car wash, gas, service station. Not any more. Disgusted. I asked for and paid for regular wash that I've been getting for years. They didn't do the inside at all, likely because I immediately walked away. I drove my car off the lot and realized the inside was UNTOUCHED and FILTHY. Didn't touch inside of windows, dashboard or vacuum. 3 men usually do the inside which means they all ignored what I paid for. $25 wash, $7 tip or more every time I go and they're ripping off customers when unsupervised. Now I have to vacuum ,wipe and clean the inside of car myself They're were only 2 cars ahead and 1 behind me meaning there was no rush or reason for the sh#t customer service. They did an okay job for my car. I got the super wash, which is "full service", for about $25. They do quick vacuum and exterior wipedown in addition to the car wash machinery. My car was definitely not left in perfectly clean condition, with some minor residual stuck on bits. However, I did get out within 15 min, even with a medium line. First time going to Whitestone Car Wash and also be my last time. With the Covid & Omicron Cases increasing daily the cashier doesn't bother to wear a mask, they didn't tell their customers entering to put on a mask and 1/3 of the guys working outdoor has their nose sticking out. Serviceable car wash. I got a Super Wash, which is basically their version of full service. I was very pleased with the interior cleaning/vacuuming, which left my mats spotless. The interior windows were streaky, though, and I had to windex them once I got home since they were worse with the streaks than they were before the wash. The drying of the exterior had similar issues, with clearly visible areas where the dirty towels had left residue on the newly cleaned car, resulting in me having to do some touch up cleaning in a number of spots by hand as well. Nothing awful, but also not exactly what I expect from a $25 car wash. read more

Worst car wash in a long time. We got a voucher from Acura when we got our car serviced. Regardless it was for a $20 full service car wash. I even confirmed with the guys at the car wash whether or not the inside would be included and they said yes. 10 minutes later the car comes out and 5 guys are on the car. My son took his car there last Sunday for a full services and the car ended up full of grease and sticky inside with a bad odor, they use a dirty clothes to clean it and his car was cleaness before we go there than after they touch it. my son was so upset that he did not complain to the manager because he did not want anybody from there touching the car again. Calling this a "Car Wash" would be an exaggeration. I only have myself to blame for returning to the scene of the crime. Had not washed car in a while and forgot how bad they are. Not until I got home did I realize that the car looked worse than when I brought it in. If I had the time, I would have brought it back for a redo, but it still would have done a feces job. Had to clean mats, windows and much of the body as it looked like they wiped it off with their butts. Stay away, unless you don't mind having your car "dried" with dirty toilet towels. read more

The guy that did the vacuuming in the back could not wait 1 min for me to get out of the car and take my child out,, therefore he proceeded with referring to me " Esa puta no quiere abrir la puerta" . Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT to get the exterior detailed today. What a phenomenal job they did inside and out. They washed it, clay barred it, then waxed and polished it. They removed all the fine scratches as well as they cleaned all the wheels on the inside of the rims which i do myself every 3 months, but they definitely went above and beyond. For $75 and a $25 tip, it was worth every penny. I will definitely get it done every 3 months and can't wait to bring my Harley Davidson there to get done. read more

He started giving me an attitude and told me to dig into their garbage bin and find it. I looked for it for a second and then realized that his response was ridiculous. So I asked nicely again to print me another copy so that I COULD PAY! He kept giving me an attitude and ended up printing me a new copy. I told him to chill out because I didn't do it on purpose. My car is also an manual and he decided to rev my engine very aggressively which could damage by clutch. I went to this garage/gas station (Exxon) for an oil change. The guy in the garage is full of crap and tried to up sell me on synthetic oil which I did not want. He kept trying to sell me all kinds of BS about my car. Little did he know I wasn't born yesterday and know my car quite well. Once he found out about the tear he quickly went above and beyond to get it fixed. He contacted me directly and made all the necessary arrangements to get it fixed. He reached out to me numerous times and worked around my schedule to resolve the issue. At first I thought I would never return to the car wash I went to often but after seeing the owner go above and beyond, I will remain a loyal customer. Conveniently located 10 mins from my apartment, I called ahead to verify if there was a long wait. When I arrived, my car was taken immediately and the whole process was super efficient. Total bill for a standard car wash + tax- $16.86. Was it the best car wash I ever had? Absolutely not. Did they get all the dirt off my car? Eh, not really. Will I be back? Yes! They are quick - I'll say that. Move cars through the line efficiently. However, when you actually take a look, you realize it's because they aren't doing a very thorough job. I watched them prep the car for the wash - they pulled my rugs out, gave each one smack with the end of the vacuum and quickly - very quickly - passed the vacuum over the rug, and threw it back in the car. As far as I saw, they didn't vacuum under the mat - but said they did. My car wasn't all that dirty on the inside, so it's hard to say. Car came out the other side, and I had to, when they'd "finished" open the back door (5 dr car) and remind them they hadn't touched the rear of the car. Windows were smudged from dirty towels, inside was fine, but nothing special. I won't be taking my car here anymore. read more
