Two sessions at around I think it was $3 in quarters cleaned the big SUV. Not maybe totally spotless but good enough to avoid a extra dirty charge. The pressure is good, first soap wash then a high pressure rinse. Sometimes, I can get some of my crew to dry the SUV off, but you know, what works well is we just drive fast on the freeway and it blows all the water off for the most part. Just watch for the cops! I hope the inside isn't too dirty to return! Never got hit yet with an extra dirty charge.

Also, I've heard that since 7-11 does so much volume that their dairy stock rotates with great frequency so it's generally pretty fresh. Looks like they have a 'redbox' movie rental machine out front. They sell California lottery tickets inside if you want to throw a little cash down the toilet. :-) Scratchers too. No bicycle rack, as most drive here. You can lock up to the signs near the street. Stop by on 7-11 day for a Slurpee and use your phone to pay to avoid being skimmed.

Because of that, I wanted to speak with a manager to let them know how great their team was. Unfortunately, that experience was completely different. The manager, Viviana, took a long time to come out, and when she did, she immediately said she was "way too busy to talk and deal with me." When she finally approached me, her attitude was annoyed and unprofessional. As someone who is a manager myself, I found this really disappointing. Great employees deserve recognition, and it shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience when a customer wants to give positive feedback. I hope CVS takes a closer look at how management interacts with customers, because the staff on the floor truly deserve better support and appreciation.
