Service is subpar. For such a nice area, it's a pretty crappy gas station. You can never gas in your lotto scratchers, " they don't have the cash". If I wanted to check out with the self checkout, I'd clock in. The worker is just standing there making everyone use the self check out. Even when there's a line. Can't even have a bag. read more

The lady running the store either suffers from a severe anxiety disorder or smokes crack. I have no other explanations excusing her yelling at my wife -- "Get out of my store!" -- after we checked out a pack of Advil and a bottle of wine. This place is not a go-to spot -- it has maximum 4 pumps, with one entrance and exit. It feels like you're at a costco gas station due to the limited pumps as such you're *waiting for a long time*. Bad news was I waited and waited, and just to get a pump that was "pay inside" since the credit card processing was damaged on that pump, so I had to guess what I'd spend and get a refund for the difference. The convience store portion isn't bad, quite a selection but when you're limited to 4x pumps and have been waiting, you don't consider delaying your stay any further. The male night attendant who calls everyone Mija/Mijo, acts like its a travesty for him to do his job. I'm the type of person who wants to pay and get out, yet he will take a bite of food and give me the "one second" finger gesture until he is done masticating his food. After 10 minutes of uncomfortable conversation while he eats, I tell him I need a pack of smokes and I have a coupon. "Ugh! Why do you do this to me, Mija!?" Seriously? I should have been gone 10 minutes ago... Im sorry I have a coupon that is worth less than the 15 minutes I've spent here listening to your eating and spewing complaints... Tonight, I left without my merchandise, and everyone waiting in line with me laughed as I walked out the door, and he yelled "Where you going Mija!?" I'm no saint, but I work customer service, and I can tell you with certainty that sexual harassment and annoyance of the customer is not how you build your clientele. He refers in loving terms, as he rolls his eyes at you, and talks trash about the " Mijo" who just left. I understand it, but if you're that disgruntled, it's time to move on. read more

I should have taken a picture but i was too upset but all the pumps or should I say the only (4) pumps available had a piece of paper over the mid grade! Pretty annoying location: one-way entrance and one-way exit means one-way pumps. Pretty annoying when the pump is on the 'wrong' side of your car and you have to fight to back in to the pump faster than some jerkoff can cut you off by pulling in straight ahead into the coveted spot. If it's busy, I won't even attempt to get gas here. And for some godforsaken reason, the pumps have these weird concrete blocks on the ground that are positioned in such a way that each and every driver, upon getting out of their car to pump gas, inevitably opens their door smack into the curb-like blocks, most likely damaging their paint in the process. I'm convinced this 76 station is in cahoots with a local body shop... I have yet to complain to a manager since I never go inside to pay, but I'm pretty sure if I ever do, they'll slyly push a business card my way for a "friend" who owns a body shop nearby that can give me a "discount" to fix my unfortunate accident. hrrmmph. read more

What's the point of leaving early if we have to stop 5 times for gas? It was a mile from the freeway, but it was open. Small filling station and people who park their cars in fill up spots to run into the mini-mart. Avoid it if you can. read more

First of all the parking lots extremely small and it's hard to get in. Matter what you do if you're blocking traffic if you're waiting for a gas pump. Or you have to park your car and miss out on getting gas. Either way it's a disaster. And because I had blocked traffic the attendant that worked there came out and called me an ass. This gas station is located just south of the 210 freeway. This facility is equipped with 4 pumps, air and water, and a convenient store. The store has plenty of food and drinks and they even sell alcohol. They also sell Lotto at their location as well. Tip: Their iced coffee is on the light side and you have to mix in the creamer yourself. Also, they only have one size...bummer. read more

Extremely small and almost impossible to navigate the lot...very few gas pumps...the rest room is ALWAYS "Out of Order" , which is total BS! They just put the sign up to keep the homeless people from using it. But you can spend $85 filling your tank and that's still not enough to get them to open the rest room for you! And, lastly, the staff is extremely rude! This is the closest gas station to my house and I'll never go there again! read more

I came here at 2 am looking to buy some gas. The cash price is 10 cents cheaper so I decided to go inside to pay with cash and buy drink and a snack while I'm in there. I walk to the entrance to try open the door, but was surprised to see that the door was locked. The attendant decided to lock the door while he is mopping. Instead of coming over to unlock the door, he just looks at me with a confused face and gestures at me like "what the heck do you want"? Obviously I came to a gas station for gas. He begrudgingly comes over to ask me what I needed and I told him I want $40 on 3. He cracks the door open a bit so I can hand him the money, but before I hand it to him, I ask him if I can come in to buy something. He says "mijo (my son in Spanish), I just mopped". Wow.. if he doesn't want me in there giving money to the business, I'm not going spend money then. I tell him to forget it and I just decide to use my credit card outside. I should have just left and went to another gas station a mile away. While I was pumping gas I see another potential customer try to go inside without success and he just leaves. This employee is costing the business money and the business owner needs to be made aware. read more

Came in to fill up and grab smokes for my friend and walked right back in and tried to exchange the smokes for the right kind. Not even one minute went by I was told by the manager and staff that it was against policy to walk out the door. I had the receipt and the receipt was also timed stamped. This station is a real bummer - only 4 pumps and no restroom (despite having a huge convenience store). The only benefit is the low prices (it was about $0.20 cheaper per gallon than the stations at Ontario Mills. Otherwise, the lines are ridiculous because of the small number of pumps and small floorplate - the convenience store takes up more space! read more
