This was one of the rudest gas stations I've ever encountered. The 2nd rudest, the first traveling in the Midwest, as a bisexual with a shaved head and a shy, also tomboy looking, partner. 1/11 10:45am The gentleman has a cold demeanor and tries to intimidate the female customers. I watched him make the lady in front of me with a child, stutter. Gentleman at the counter wanted to charge me $1.50 for a double cup of hot water. Standardly cups of hot water are generally less than $0.50 in Los Angeles. I gave him back the extra cup. I had an issue with the way he spoke to me, decided against buying a coffee. He tried to yell at me that "he already charged me the coffee!" when he hadn't. He was just plainly misogynistic. I won't be coming here again. Also don't be bribed by the free vacuums, they do this to give you subpar gas and rude treatment. Do not come to this location they do not use the reward points even though you go in and put your number in the guy on the register will not punch it in but wait for you to leave. Plus after trying to put gas in my car four different times because of that now I'm late to work. It is January 18, 3:41 in the morning. Please check the cameras. It's easy to get into and out of and it's on Foothill Blvd. and VIneyard which is a major intersection. Fairly clean and lots of space and never really crowded. Chevron - Confirmed! Cheapest I've seen lately - Gas Stations Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Everyone please be careful using your credit card at the pump here (in particular pump# 2 for me at night) I was getting gas on 6/18/23, see receipt photo and quickly stopped the pump at $75.40 simply because I surely wasn't going to pay more. When my receipt printed out I looked at it as I always do to make sure all the info was correct. And to my surprise it listed $84.02 ($72.02 + $12 premium wash "what!" I never selected any wash and remember that I viewed the pump cut off at $75.40. I quickly locked my car and ran inside the Chevron to tell the tall, slightly heavy set young man clerk what had happen and I wanted my money back for the fraudulent wash I was charged for & clearly didn't need! He gave me a mischievous smirk and replied "we're not allowed to give refunds". I then asked to speak directly to the Mgr of which he replied "the manager is not here and will be in tomorrow". I then said to him, you are full of it and left. I immediately called my bank and was told they did not list the charge yet, only an authorization from the station. The fraud department advised me to await the incorrect charge the next day until Chevron's charge was posted and file a dispute of which the bank will only pay the gas amount. I checked my account the same night as well as the morning and afternoon; finally the charge was posted. Guess what Ppl, the charge was listed via my initial pump read out at $75.40 and not $84.02! Therefore, my assumption was spot on, either the clerk was definitely up to no good or this entire establishment is operating under false pretense or criminal activity. I love that this gas station is easy to get into & get out of. I liked that there were several pumps!!! However, it's extremely overpriced even when you use your Albertson's gas rewards and knock 20cents off the price. I paid $3.53 and it was $3.73 normally. Arco down the street was $3.55. Shell across the street was comparable at $3.71. A bit further down Foothill Kwik Serve was $3.49. Station appeared clean. I didn't go inside or speak with anyone so I can't agree or disagree with other reviewers. read more

I come here ALL THE TIME and all the workers know my family and i. Last night i went to the gas station with my boyfriend and he went to get snacks. The doors are usually locked at a certain time so we used the window. Joe, the guy that was working seemed to already be frustrated or overwhelmed with whatever he had going on at 11 at night but put the energy out there and started giving attitude towards the customer ( my boyfriend). He asked for trollys in the blue bag and he came with a different bag then after a while he put a sign up saying they're closed and didn't finish helping us. He ignored my boyfriend at the window for the longest time so we left for a couple minutes. We then came back and he was helping other customers no problem... it's frustrating because we came for the most simple snacks and he just doesn't seem like he has good customer service at all. On friday morning around 9:30 i used there carwash like i always do with both my cars. Needless to say i forgot there machine doesnt quite dry it correctly & since its been raining i decided my car was dirty enough to get it washed. Well the whole back of my car was full of soap and the dryer had gone on while the water was still trying to wash my car my Black car was completely wet. One of the employee's admitted thar there was a issue w the machine but refused to give me a refund & then changed her story. SHE LIED, cussed me out, refused to give me corporates number, her bosses name and to make matters worse she physically opened my passenger car door and threw 2 $5.00 bills in my face than proceeded to slam my car door. Getting my gas here. This is my go-to place for gas. The price is usually better than other Cheveons nearby. It's always clean and the lighting is bright. I also like their car wash. You can choose brushless or with brush and it leaves your car spotless. Overall is a great gas station. read more

I have always chosen Chevron because the gas is known to be a high grade and the stations as usually very clean. This is the worst Chevron I have ever been too. It's right by my work and I think I will stop going. The windshield washer squeegees are always trash, falling apart and you can't even use them to clean your windshield. Sucks I have to write this. I've used chevron for quite a while, good gas quality. But the other day I needed air in my tire and they told me "no" unless I get gas!! I've gotten gas many times before why can't I use it? That's some greedy business! Well anyways, now I save $0.05 cents and shell when I use my fuel rewards because they didn't make me buy gas first. This place used to be awesome. I loved the service and cleanliness. They changed ownership and ever since this place has gone downhill. The inside is dirty, and the worst part is the employees. Today was the last straw. I bought a water and Powerade and the cashier spent the transaction watching a video on his phone. He gave me the total and I paid cash. I realized the change I got back didn't add up so I approached them. They didn't give me a receipt and the total was never displayed. So they ran the receipt and apparently the total was more than what I was told. I don't have a problem paying for my stuff, but i have a problem with their customer service. Stay off your phone when working with a customer, at the very least. read more

Heads up guys just put gas @ this Chevron and notice that they have prices for CASH and CREDIT CARD use. Well, paid cash as I always do because gas stations aren't the best place to use ur cards. As I was saying, I paid CASH and it said @ $2.89 a gallon I was being charged CREDIT card prices @ $2.99 a gallon. So I went in and told the clerk and he got nervous. He's like, "Oh, I fix. Sorry." So I said ok fine he made a mistake but then leaving the gas station I asked the person next to me if he had paid with cash and he said yes and was being charged again the CREDIT CARD price.
