Considering this is the only car wash in the area, I give it the rating it deserves. When I pay for my washes, on any level, the bird poop remains on my car. Whenever I come to pay for my car wash, the same expressionless workers take my money and give me a little wipe. I miss the guy who actually would hose down my car. There was a new guy and he sprayed it line it was misting, and not actually doing any work with it. The best part of this car wash is when I can efficiently vacuum my car and spot clean it myself. I like being able to take my time in the vacuuming area. The workers here don't do a good job of keeping people out... the vacuum is for patrons only, but some people cut the cones to come I to utilize their machines. I wish we had more car washes in Ontario, or else I wouldn't be going here! read more

This used to be my go-to car wash. I brought my truck in on a warm day and decided to pay for the premium wash since it had bird droppings on it. After the wash, the truck was still dirty with bird poop on it. I went back to ask for a rewash and was told by a rude female manager that their foam brush doesn't remove bird droppings, so I couldn't get a rewash. The only thing I was offered was a bug remover towel. If this is how they're going to handle situations like this, it's time to take my business elsewhere. Gone here a few times before and had zero issues but today I went this morning and as I was about to exit the car wash where the light shines go and stop my car gets jerked back really harshly and then the conveyer belt my car is on starts moving again. Unfortunately I was in a rush to get to work and didn't look to see until I got gas directly after and noticed this part of my car is off its hinges essentially. My car makes a dragging sort of noise anytime I brake or make a turn directly after I left the car wash. By the time I got off work today they were closed so not sure if there's any legal action I can take since I didn't return back there immediately. I'm just super bummed about my car and how much this is gonna cost to fix. read more

Amazing! 10/10 experience. (FIRST TIMER) I needed a quick wash and my fellow yelpers had highly rated reviews on this place so I decided to try it out. Someone said it was $8 to start and I was sold! It was in fact $8 to start and that's the one I got. It was quick and easy and the complimentary vacuum is a plus. All for $8? Wow! I loved it! It's worth it! I'd definitely come back! I saw the option to become a member but just purchased the gold level. The quality of the wash was great, especially since they have soft towel like arms that clean cars and for an affordable price. Vacuum is included, but you will need to do it yourself. Be sure to bring some extra chamois to dry your car and wipe down rims and tires. If I can give this place a zero stars I would. Worst fast 5xpress car wash. I drove through and got the 20 dollar car wash the platinum and went to vaccum noticed the car was still dirty. I drove back through to see if I can get a rewash and the guy had to check with his manager the manger comes out with an attitude and says sorry you can't but I can give you this wet cloth we are not allowed to have you go back through this use to be my go to place but not after today. If I am going to be paying 20 for my car wash I expect it to get the car clean. From now on I will be taking my vehicle else where you have lost a customer read more

I have been a member of this car wash since they opened in Ontario, CA by the Ontario Mills mall. I reported a problem to Matthew Cruz, the manager, and he did not provide me with a reasonable solution. I pay for gold membership which should include armor all on all tires which I did not get. Mathew's solution was for me to run the car through the car wash again. I was already done drying it. He was trying to sell me a wipe of armor all for $1.00. I asked him to come out and see that my tires did not get armor all and he did not even care. That kind of service does not deserve my support. read more

I've never been to a car wash like this. First time on the first Saturday in June. I paid for the Silver wash with an employee, which was $10...not bad to me. They give you a little wrapped dashboard wipe and air freshener. Then, you drive around and another employee quickly sprays some liquid on the car. You then leave your car in neutral while your car moves on its own through the wash! At the end, you're in a little parking lot with vacuums so you can vacuum out your car. What's great is there's a vacuum on each side of the car, so you don't have to pull it over to the other side AND there's no time limit, so you don't have to rush feverishly before the time limit ends. On busy days though, it seems you can't stay for too long. I'll use their service again. read more

Came here to try the place out. Paid for the Platinum wash ($16). After the wash there were still spots where the initial wash was not able to/did not get out (primarily on the right side of my car) I had a quick convo with Eduardo (I believe the supervisor on site) and showed/explained it to him. I wasn't complaining nor looking for anything, but to my pleasant surprise he simply said "I'll let you run it through again and let's see if it will get it out" I will also mention that my car was quite muddy (especially underneath the car and around the tire area) from the recent rain and driving in mud puddles and dirt areas in the high desert and after the 2nd wash pretty much all of it came out. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of Eduardo, and the other 2 team members/staff were friendly as well. Definitely recommend this place read more

Needed to get my car cleaned quick and my dad gave me his Fast5Xpress card. Normally I'd clean my car myself and am anti-carwash because I don't know what other stuff the brushes collect off other cars that can be scratching mine, but since we are in a drought and I didn't have enough time to do self car-wash I came here. They are located off Milliken south of the mall, across from Chik-Fil-A and In-N-Out. Did the thing and my car came out looking shiny and new, even the wheels. We pulled into the free vacuum area and I thought it didn't make that much of a difference after I vacuumed but when I went to pick up my friends later I noticed the vacuum did make a difference. If you check in on yelp you can get a free towel, but I didn't have time to use my check-in deal at the time. Definitely recommend this car wash as they do a really good job. read more

Can't say with 100% certainty which it was but nonetheless I paid $16 and did NOT receive the items in the package I purchased.
