Yes the prices for gas are high, but I went there to fill up my gas and needed a different shirt for work. I went in and asked the attendant at the counter, Tony if they sold shirts, he said no, but then he asked me what size I needed and I told him. He says "Wait here a sec." He came back with a nice shirt for me. I offered to pay him and he said "No. I'll consider it my good deed for the day." He came through in a clutch for me. That's service above and beyond helpful! Gas prices are ridiculous but that's expected across the street from a 405S entrance. The staff is really courteous and it's one of the only gas stations that keeps their doors unlocked after hours. I have mixed feelings about this location because I work nearby and know a thing or two about this gas station. Let me go into detail... PROS: Super friendly employees. The guys in the convenience store were very nice to me! Also, some of my co-workers get their cars worked on here and they all are pleased with the work they have done. The auto shop guys Brian and Vic are great and have a good relationship with my co-workers. They are very friendly and super helpful! Location is also really great. It's located right by the 405 and 101 intersection. An on-ramp to 405 South is literally right across the street. But this leads me to the cons... CONS: Because the location is also great, I think this is actually almost detrimental to their business. 1) Gas prices are insanely high. They can get away with it because it's right next to two of the biggest freeways in Los Angeles. 2) Lots of THEFT and ROBBERY. Their convenience store has been robbed more than once, and just recently a car that belonged to one of their auto shop customers was stolen right out of their parking lot. They normally park the cars that they are working in inside their garage, but they were all full so they parked some of their cars outside. It is such a shame that things like this happen... Totally not the employees' faults. I think it's because it's such an easy location for a quick getaway. Thus, I have to give them 2 stars because I fear the safety of their customers. They should install better security cameras and such so things like this stop happening (or just happen less frequently)! read more

Terrible, unprofessional staff. Was in a car accident where someone backed into me and while waiting for a tow truck, an employee yelled at me to move the car while I was speaking to the insurance company. Worst fucking gas station I've ever been to. Every time I go there the fucking gas pumps don't work. I have to hold onto the pump and every 2 seconds the pump stops working. Great if you want to work out your hands or get carpal tunnel. Also way more pricey than others. To top it off, terrible service. read more

I can't say much about this place except that they sell over priced gasoline. I've gotten stuck going here because I needed to jump on the 405 and they're located across the street from the entrance. I try to stay away from this gas station as much as possible. I get that they charge what they do because of their location, but I think it's taking advantage. I used this gas station on Thursday, May 18, 2017 in the afternoon. My ATM card information was skimmed from a pump and $600 (cash) was taken from an ATM later that evening in Culver City (3 separate $200 transactions). They attempted to draw out another $300 but I have a limit for withdrawals in one day. I have filed a police report and notified the station manager of the incident. The manager informed me 'to do what you need to do.' So I decided to put the word out- If you get gas at this station please go inside to the clerk and avoid using your card at the pump. I like this station as they have free air. But yesterday I was filling up and went into the store area in order to buy water and a power bar. A guy wearing the name Alexis on his shirt was too busy on his cell phone. After a few moments he came to the counter. The tab was 5.03. I gave him 10 expecting 5 but no he had to claim the 3 cents. I come here often since I work up the street. I had never gotten service on my car, but I brought my grandmothers car here. I thought the customer service was great. The guy who helped us was really nice. The clerk inside is nice too. What sucks is people just hang out there. People will park there ( not at the pump ) and just talk and they block some exits. Nice and convenient location by the 405 on ramp. Saved me a few times when I was running really low on gas and had to get through a 30 minute drive down the freeway to Westwood. Prices are higher at this location. Probably because of its prime location. Can be hard getting out as it is in a congested location. read more

The tire on my rental car was low and I needed to get on the freeway to drive to Newport Beach. The 76 station was near the freeway and easy to get into and out of. I pulled in and looked around for the air compressor and space where the car would fit. As I passed the door to the convenience store an attendant asked if he could help me, I told him what I needed, he told me to pull up to a the pump and he filled the tire for me! Yes, gas prices higher than some, but mechanic Bryan is VERY CAPABLE AND HONEST and can explain clearly what you need and then what he's done.
