He was honest.) I call again, get put on hold, wait and get put on hold again, wait and get put on hold yet again, and then someone answers and "oh yes, it's here and will be delivered tomorrow." Are you kidding me? That's what you told me YESTERDAY. It's now 8:15 pm. I contacted someone who is on their way to pick it up for me as a favor. I miss Rite Aid and while I know Walgreen's absorbed a lot of their traffic, they should have staffed up. This is the United States, and I can't get my prescription when I'm sick. Then today, my sister actually receives a txt saying she has 2 medicines: a lidocaine cream and Tramadol pills. She doesn't take those meds, she hasn't been to the doctor or anything. She calls the pharmacy and whoever answers her is in a rush and doesn't even acknowledge my sister. the only thing she said was: oh, thanks for letting us know bye! And hangs up the phone. My sister felt uneasy because she can see they have charged her insurance already so she just took a drive to the pharmacy because over the phone they just hanged up on her, at the pharmacy she said they told her: oh yeah we cancelled it and ignored her. They didn't even apologize or anything at all. They need either a complete new team members or just a hardcore training. They're horrible

They have a lot of product in the store especially wine, spirits and the essential liquor store snacks. The isles aren't too big which can be a little bitter sweet especially if a small line starts to form or there's a few customers trying to navigate around or past you. The gentlemen who work here are pretty laidback and personable as well as pretty nice. I've place an orders here via minibar app a few times, especially more so back in May and June when things were still pretty closed down... And even then I received quality customer service. One time they were out of a bottle of sweet shiraz I wanted to get to gift to a friend who was between jobs and they were out of stock but upgraded me to an equally comparable wine that was a dollar or so more. One of the gentlemen at the store called me and gave me updates on my order because they were actually pretty busy during memorial day weekend. I passed through recently for super lotto and always get wished a good luck! The parking is pretty smooth and keeps a steady flow despite being in a mini plaza of neighborhood shops. I very much need to leave a review about one of the employees working here at this Rocket Center…read morenamed Robert. I've been in retail for over 32 years and I've trained almost 4000 employees. I know that retaining employees of high caliber and promoting the highest value employees depends most heavily upon their character. Robert's professionalism and dedication to efficiency was evident during our short transaction whereby he made the most timely efficient decisions to correct the price of the engine oil even though it was only a difference of 1.40. He made amends to the transaction politely, swiftly and professionally above and beyond the call of service. However this isn't where the story ends with this exceptional individual. I shortly noticed that I lost $200 cash when I went to deposit it and realized that I'd lost it between stopping at Robert's store and the bank. I immediately called the store asking for Robert as I luckily had made note of his name and divulged to him the fact that I had lost the money in or around the store. This was in the hopes that in the incredibly off chance that it could be found, and that by some miracle the person that had shown such an incredible degree of professionalism would ALSO be of the highest quality and caliber and most importantly would also have a noble enough character to embody the constitutional wherewithal to return it to me. I was in luck Robert - is and was THAT individual. I offered to buy him anything I could to show him my appreciation but he very stoically and politely declined attesting that he was just happy that he could help. The entrances are usually a breeze depending on the time of day and rarely are all pumps full. My favorite thing about this 76 is the convenience store. I always get the warmest and friendly attendants and find some great snacks or liquid fuel (body armor, G2 Gatorade, etc). They definitely cater to the area with good fruit, prepackaged meals/bites and a ton of vegan and gluten free options. The have some outstanding health and safety practices in play at the Ventura Blvd/Van Nuys Blvd 76, easy to see why they do well.
