Went to get gas, self pump. Station I used didn't ask for amount...EVER. I cancelled the transaction they put a hold on my account for 100. I did not have 100 which was why I wanted a specific amount. Customer service don't seem to know how the pumps operate told me next time to stop it at the amount I want. Will never use again... Still have my account in the negative due to their broken pump. read more

Needed to get gas, and this was the closest option. The cashier messed up the card payment and said "I hit void", but I'm still waiting on the money to come back. Now out of money, out of gas, and out of patience. Train your cashiers better or get people that know how to do their job! read more

Horrible horrible service. 1 brain cell amongst both people who were on shift. They overcharged me and wouldn't void it or refund because they will get in trouble. one of my friends vapes died last night so we came in (since they didn't answer the phone the two times we called) to see if they had disposables and maybe grab some drinks if they had what she needed. when we arrived the employee was sitting outside hitting his vape, which i would usually not mind except when we went into the building and asked if he had disposables he told us no, so we said thank you and to have a good night and had the door open to leave to get what we needed elsewhere but instead of moving on with the interaction and letting us leave the store he pulled out his vape and waved it in our faces and told us that as someone who's underage he wouldn't come in as a group because he would have to ID all of us. We are all well over 21 and would not have minded providing ID if they had what we were looking for but instead this kid tried to educate us on how to acquire a vape underage and openly admitted to underage smoking? We were absolutely dumbfounded by this service and the audacity of this kid in a fedora to feel so comfortable admitting to something like that at his place of work to customers. This has not even been the first weird occurrence i've had here, all of the employees have given me the most uncomfortable interactions and i think ive given this establishment too many chances read more

I'd give this place no stars if it were an option. I've tried to come here a few times and waited for no one to pump my gas. Today I really needed gas and thought I'd try again. I pulled in to fill my tank. I was paying in cash and wasn't sure how much my car would take. So, I walked inside and asked the woman if I could fill my tank. Her response was (very rudely) "what do you mean fill your take? Are you going to tell me now much?" I then proceeded to say, "I don't know how much it will take. But, I am paying in cash." Her response "well, you're going to make me go out and tell him?!" My response while being in shock, "no, I don't actually want gas here anymore. That's not how you treat a customer." And, walked out. This was after I listened to her rudely respond to a woman who was also asking for help. I am still in shock, this woman really shouldn't be employed to work with customers. If the manager (hopefully not her) cares to read this, this happened at 12:30 today. You should REALLY talk to your employees. I shared this story with quite a few people today who also voiced their terrible customer service experiences here. read more

Quick summary: Great staff but the higher up people don't give the staff the tools they need to succeed and make it a pleasant experience for customers. I used to work at this station so here's a review from an insider. The staff are great, generally they are nice to customers and they get their work done as much as possible. They change out pretty quickly because let's be honest, nobody wants to work at a gast station too long, but I enjoyed working with all but 1-2 of them out of the probably 10 - 15 people (including 3 managers) we went through while I was working there. However, the people that run the business (people that tell the manager what to do) don't allow the manager and staff to get things done that need to be done (if the employees tell you they can't do something it's most likely because the higher up people won't let them, not the employees being lazy. Be a decent human being and don't yell at people in public). When I worked there we couldn't get permission to do things like get a new cover for a service hole in our drive way that was big enough for a car to get stuck. Instead all we could do was place a cone near it and hope that cars didn't drive over it. We also couldn't get anything to deal with sugar ants and were instructed to just wipe down the counters often, which worked enough for probably 75% of customers to not notice but it didn't fix the problem. If you live in the area and you frequent this station you will need to get used to the shift schedule because once a shift is over for the person on the register they have to stop all sales and do a shift change to end their shift and switch with another employee. This can take anywhere from 5 minutes if both employees know what they are doing, to 20 - 30 minutes if you get two newer employees trying to switch with each other. It's unfortunate and it's caused many customers to get upset and swear at the employees but it's something that has to be done at very specific times and there is no way to skip it. With all of that, and much more that I'm leaving out, the station still had a very steady stream of regular customers that lived in the apartments behind the station or in the surrounding areas. A lot of customers would get to know the employees on a first name basis and joke around when they came in. The more often you go to this station, the better experience you are going to have as you figure out all of the kinks and get to know the employees, but if you're just driving by and stopping real quick for your first time it probably won't be the best experience you've had at a gas station. Be careful because the driveways are pretty steep, don't hit them going too fast. Customers scrape their bumbers multiple times a day going into the driveway and there was even a customer that came in too fast and blew a tire. There is also a fairly high chance that at least 1 of the pumps will be down for maintenance as it's pretty common for customers to drive off with the pumps still in their car and rip the hose off (you can even see a cone blocking off one of the pumps in the image for the station). read more
