Nonetheless, an employee diagnosed our problem and we were allowed to stay inside their office while we awaited roadside from our insurance. Found out the company contracted wasn't...great, so we hired Bob's to tow us to Terre Haute. The nice young man delivered us and our van safely to a dealership. What impressed me most was their concern for me and my niece and how they made sure we were safe. Great people.
