He thoroughly explained what I needed and how he was going to do it. When I said, "Can you also check something else?" I had only managed to get out "the car vibrates..." and he finished the sentance with... "at low speeds? Yeah, this should take care of that!" He called while the car was in the shop and said, "You know three of four tires are bald?" "yeah... I noticed that." "I'll get you a quote before the end of the day." Last time I had my tires replaced at a local chain, it cost more than the tires, balancing, and the bumper and front wheel well repairs combined. I agreed and he went to work. When I picked it up, it drove like a dream. "Ebony" has nearly 130K miles on her, but I swear to you she hasn't driven this beautifully since I got her at 600 miles, nearly 15 years ago.
