We just moved into our home about 2 weeks ago. Last night we noticed zero water pressure. We call the number to 77 water well that was on our well outside and left a message since it was a Sunday around 9pm. We used 77 Water well recently and would 100% recommend them and use them again! Our well stopped working one late afternoon. I called after 4pm and they attempted to trouble shoot with us over the phone regarding a part I purchased. They came out bright and early the next morning and attempted to pull our pump but unfortunately it was no longer attached from the piping. The ladies were able to get a new pump down in the well above the old pump and into the water cavity restoring our service! We all knew there was a chance that it may not work, that the old pump would be in the way or not far enough into the water which would prevent water from getting to the new pump. But we took the chance as the alternative would be to dig an entirely new well. PTL and 77 Water wells that it worked! Such a relief to see clear water come out! We have Fresh clear water again. We couldn't be more thankful for the Ladies and their hard work and determination. read more

On a Saturday morning I was trying to make coffee and NO water! Of course I tried two faucets before thinking "Great.The well pump has to break on a weekend". I called 77 and spoke to James. My water well stopped working suddenly on a Sunday afternoon. I put in the request through our home warranty website. I expected to have to wait a few days before I heard anything. I received a call from 77 Water Well Inc. within 5 minutes of submitting the request!! Did I mention it was on a Sunday??!
