I just used this co for a leak I had. They gave me an estimate of $3700. They finished the work and I requested a new estimate as certain sections were not needed as there were no damage. They adjusted $700 after a back and forth. DO NOT USE them. No work was done on hallway wall or bathroom. Just a fan was setup. The actual workers were nice and professional but it seems you'll end up paying a lot more than actual work being done. Also, see the charge amounts for chambers setup. It's basically plastic containment and tape they put up. The chambers in hallway fell after one hour. I had to retape to ceiling myself bc it wasn't worth my time to call them back just to secure the tape. I would've been fine with paying the full invoice if ALL work was completed. read more

And after 60 days The adjuster still told me that Enrique say the other area dry already and no need to demo it After 60 days live without flooring on kitchen area and dining area we wait another 30 days so total of 90 days until that 770 company stop to answer and no take care of the job to be completed 90 days we was going back-and-forth with the technician, Enrique without any answer So I decide to not continue with 770 Since the play with me games back-and-forth to finish the job and left me 3 months without kitchen and dining area Was hire another person to finish the job The gonna tell you everything you want to hear on the first day After that to gonna start job They're gonna make you struggle and frustrated !! read more

Horrible customer service. I spoke with Sean and he was rude and condescending on the phone call. I brushed it off as it's not a big deal, he provides a service, I don't have to be friends with him. He asked that I text him with some info such as address and appointment time. I did so and never heard back from him. I followed up with him again and no response. I would not recommend this company at all. I'm thankful for the experience in that I rather have this happen now versus after they got started on the job. What a nightmare that could have been. I don't know what kind of job they would do, but if there were some issues, I can't imagine trying to communicate with them. I see it as disaster averted. read more

Had them to my home to do some work stemming from a plumbing leak in 2020. Paid two invoices in full. First invoice before the job was done, second invoice after the job was complete. Pretty standard practice. Over a year later they follow up claiming the second invoice was never paid. They were extremely aggressive off of the bat -- I show them statements from my checking account, check numbers with exact amount of $ paid. That's not enough for them. I get COPIES of the checks for them, they say that's not enough proof for them. I tell them I do not know what else they want me to do given I've proven these have been paid in full. They continue to harass me to pay, so I threaten to report them to the BBB and the FTC. They stop calling. Fast forward to today, over a year later. They send me another invoice again, I reply saying I provided proof over a year ago and they reply in all caps. "YOU HAVE NEVER PROVIDED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT THEREFORE IT IS OUR RIGHT TO CONTINUE WITH OUR COLLECTIONS" So I forward them the thread again, with the copies of the checks, and have now posted a review here and have filed a claim with the BBB and FTC. I have no idea who is doing the books there but the fact that someone can not find a 900-ish dollar payment from 2000 and then blames it on a customer is reason enough to stay away from 770. We have had to tear out showers, bathtubs, vanities, sinks, floors and the walls 3 feet up in bathrooms, master bedroom and hall. The representative drops off a dehumidifier on day one and leaves it without monitoring or follow up so they can bill My insurance thousands of dollars. The bill was full of fake charges they did not perform and their "representative" would not take my calls or answer texts intended to cancel the service. Their reputation with insurance companies is very dismal as well. Good luck if you choose these people. Unethical and dishonest to say the least.
