Fast forward, I picked up my vehicle expecting the issue to be resolved, the next work week I went to start my car and it immediately was overheating. The coolant was full and I've never had this issue before so it was obviously an error on their part as this was my first time handling the car since pickup. I called about the issue they demanded I have it towed to them on my own dollar and even if they found out the issue was due to them they would not cover towing. The lady on the phone even went as far to blame me for the issue. Very disappointed with the service at this point I decided to just bite the bullet and cover the towing in hopes of them fixing the issue they caused free of charge vs another business that would surely charge me as they did not service the car originally. Unfortunately that was not the case they continued to blame me for the new overheating issue while coolant was full on me and insisted on charging me again for their mistake.
