Before I leave, the guy from underneath doing my oil comes back up and says I have a leak....thinking it was from what the first guy spilling oil all over from up top) He quickly whispers to the other guy and shuts my good quickly and doesn't want to tell me I have a leak somewhere...... My car has been leaking oil for days on my driveway...they broke my oil filter putting in a new one and didn't even correctly put it in anyways. I am New to the area but noticed them on line and seen they were conveniently open today. They were just what I needed since I can work almost every day of the week and travel a lot. My service men were Braiden and Kevin. They were so Professional, Polite and Informative. Braiden taught me a lot about filters and especially about the Cabin Air Filter which I totally have never heard about nor seen before. No one when getting any other oil change ever informed me of it. Braiden showed me mine, it was almost black. I was so Thankful because I was breathing in all that contamination. I knew was was smelling badness or yuck and would roll windows down for a while but nothing helped. Kevin politely came to my window after doing his part in the service and handed me my Receipt and Thanked me. Braiden asked me if there was anything else he could do for me and I told him my tires were kind of low so he immediately aired them up. When I rolled out of there and down the street I felt good and safe about my decision to go there. I give Take 5 a big 10+ on Servicing and Customer Service as well!

Tony and Omar were so friendly and educated me on all the things they were doing. I got to see and take home with me my old entire air filter that was filthy to show my husband. I liked the fact that I didn't have to get out of my vehicle and I was in and out in a decent amount of time. Hi hey gave me recommendations for my vehicle. Some I completed that day and some I decided to hold off on and they didn't make me feel bad about it. But I now have it on my radar that it needs to be done. A few other things needed to be addressed based on the safety / courtesy inspection, and it was convenient for me to get a coolant flush and wiper change done here. I suspected some kind of oil spill when Libby came out from under the car with oil all over the front of her. Other than poor Libby getting covered with oil there was no harm no foul. Aside from a slight smell of fresh oil my garage floor is dry of oil today. So if there was a spill the cleanup was sufficient. They all did an excellent job. Take 5 is a bit pricier than dealers. But it's all in what you want. As for myself it's all about the convenience. 15-20 minutes in and out, not even getting out of car for service. It beats making appointments and having to leave the car for a day at the dealer and getting rides to and from the pick it up.

So the guy on the phone told her to turn her radio up so she couldn't hear the rubbing noise until she could get it there. What kind of hillbilly B S is that! Luckily, she had her relative come over to look at her car before taking it back there. The so called " we'll make sure you're 100 0/0 satisfied " didn't tighten her lug nuts all of the way. Do not take your car or let anybody you know take anything there to be repaired!
