The indoor space allowed for 8-10 round tables and chairs to fit comfortably with display tables and space for catering. The outdoor space had a large event tent, beautiful patio and large, grassy yard just off of Choate Pond! Such a beautiful venue with incredible back drop. Very quiet location and an added plus is that it is very handicap friendly. We could not have been more surprised and pleased with our event and would highly recommend hosting an event here! From the ease of the booking process to the day-of execution, the entire process was 10 stars. Hannah and her team went above and beyond (which I now understand is their standard MO.) They effortlessly managed all of our decor, seemlessly and joyfully wrangled 12+ children (and twice as many extremely excited adults.) The experience was educational and extremely interactive (We decorated mini horses! We held/pet so many incredible animals! The kids rode unicorns!) Even the coloring pages had our daughter's name printed on them. There was not one aspect of the day that felt like an after thought. The attention to detail and the care they show is so amazing. I really can't thank Hannah and her crew enough for hosting (far and away) the best birthday party my daughter has ever had. Core memories were made by all of us.

There are also two lovely rooms downstairs which we used for cocktails for the grown ups and dinner for the the kids later on. The people who run the Community Center were wonderful to work with. This place is perfect for just about any event!!! In fact, we are returning there for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah in October 2012.

When the shipment of wine and other items never showed up, I tried to contact VINOvations many times by phone, email, and online to no avail for many months. Finally, I did receive a reply thru their website in that they were looking into the issue, but they never replied again even after I pinged them several times. It now looks like my employees' thoughtful $450 gift was basically stolen by VINOvations. However, I will continue to write to them in an effort to resolve the matter, and I will continue to write bad reviews until it is resolved! Based on my experience, I would say that this is a business that everyone should stay away from!
