They can't make good on orders made 6 months ago but they say new orders take several weeks. Im tired of getting a different excues every time they decide to reply to one of my several emails. This last excuse was a real kicker, apparently my order has been processed but is on hold for one reason or another, there website still says awaiting fulfillment so it seems like someone is lying to me! Generally awaiting fulfillment means they don't have the product! I am fully expecting to get straight ripped off by 80% Arms at this point, at the very least I don't expect to see the order I made 6 months ago for another 6 months at the very least! I ordered and paid for a gen2 jig on June 30th. I've waited patiently up to this point. No longer. I have read a couple reviews that had the same issue with the exorbitant wait time. A month? Sure. A month and a half? Okay.. but those people ordered after me and have received their jigs. One person was upgraded to 3rd gen! Where is my order!? I believe they lost it and now I'm paying the price for their screw up. Don't worry though, if you want to speak to them about it, you will not be able to do that either. I really wish there would have been some form of system that would send out emails weekly of order status or the option to contact 80%arms once every 2 weeks about it to confirm the order wasn't misplaced. Initial Update (more to follow) After aggressive push-back, CS informed me they were going to have the warehouse recreate the order and attempt to verify its weight. They had told me they had done this already? It was, their initial response after all and, the singular reason they told-me tuff luck.... Well, as it turns out, lo and behold, they acknowledged some responsibility; at least enough that they are now going to replace my missing items. Something about one of their scales being off and/or in disrepair. I can only imagine if I had been more passive or accepting of their summary decision. Great product (just picked up a GST-9 Mod 1 frame today in-store) but their communication is a bit lacking, so give them until their "order fill by date" then email them. They took a day to get back to me but did receive confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. Their Wraith slides look great, everything you need and nothing you don't (RMR cut with a plate, good serrations and visually appealing) but they're five months out of those (that's fine, I'm gonna be hurting from Christmas). Top tip: the sales rep told me my mailing and billing addresses were different; explained to him that I usually have high-value and firearm related packages delievered to my local UPS Store because of porch piracy...so to be safe make sure your addresses match. read more

I tried adding a GST-9 to my cart and when going to check out it said: "Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address." After looking at jigs & 80% lowers they all say no shipping to Illinois (where I live). Disclaimer: I'm well aware of the difficulties in the firearm industry right now. I'm giving 1 star due to service, not due to wait times. Okay, so I ordered a GST-9 kit on June 19th. I was well aware of the wait times when I made the order, I'm NOT irritated with that at all. I totally get it. What I AM irritated with, is the lack of correspondence from this company. I've emailed twice, once on July 21st, and again on July 31st, asking about changing the shipping address since I will be moving soon, and am worried as to whether or not the kit will arrive in time before I move. (It would be a bummer for someone else to get this $850 kit...). I've yet to receive a response to either email, nearly a month later. All the while, they're sending marketing emails to me. Given the world's circumstances these days, I feel I've been more than patient with their situation. But, I don't want to be out $850 because the item arrives after I've already moved, and we have to go through this entire process all over again. read more

Scam. Ordered a GST-9 frame and Jig on May 5th 2020. Cancelled order on September 3rd 2020 via online customer service request. Was emailed and told that the order was cancelled and the order status appears as refunded on my account on their website. I was told that due to the age of my order I would get a refund check in the mail. On September 28, 2020 I contacted the company again to inquire about the status of my refund. To date they have not responded to me. Attempted to call the "customer service" number. The recording instructed to submit an online request, which I have already done. At this point it has been over 30 days since my order was updated as "refunded" and I have yet to receive my check or even an update from the company. UNACCEPTABLE. If I could give zero stars I would. Update: After filing a BBB complaint I was contacted promptly by the company both via email and by phone. They explained that they attempted to refund my card but because it was over 90 days it didn't go through. They did not explain why the paper check was not issued after initially. It sounds like it just fell through the cracks. I wasn't real happy about this explanation considering they sent a canned email to me when I cancelled explaining the exact same thing. I received my refund check yesterday. Excellent customer service once they got moving. Upgraded to 2 stars. After asking about my order again the other day I received a reply saying: "We had sent out an email regarding these delays with the ODG frames last month. We do apologize if you never received the email notice." They never sent out anything to me. I checked every email from them, even all of the spam(there is a lot). They always have an excuse. Now after waiting the better part of 9 months and they say: "We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. We guarantee that the OD Green frames will ship, but we did not want to continue delaying your order. If you prefer to switch the color of your frame, just respond to this email letting us know if you would like to receive a black frame instead. If you don't mind waiting for the OD green frame to ship, you do not need to respond at all." I wouldn't put a penny on their guarantee. This is not an adequate response to a customer you have kept waiting 9 months with little to no communication(unless I reach out) shame on you as a business owner. read more

Customer service is great if you talk to a live person on the phone. Their products are amazing, and like many others I waited many, many months of no contact for a GST-9 frame. I, unlike many, grudgingly accepted it because the product was amazing. They were up front that it was a preorder, then they were also up front when they had supplier and covid problems in 2020. Recently, I had a problem where it seemed my order slipped through the cracks and my order didn't ship for months even though it was in stock. There were some gaps in the customer service chain but I got a phone call from Jeff who fixed it. As always, it's probably better to talk to a live person on the phone than an email. Orders page still says "awaiting fulfillment" I've got 1 response saying they're behind on orders yet 2 weeks after my order has been sitting in their warehouse they put up a big brand new banner on their website "Lowers shipping fast!" And now i get an email saying they're not allowed to sell the easy jig, which i purchased november 17th and they took my $600 on november 20th. Nearly a year ago I ordered one of their GST9 build kits with the expectation of a TIMELY delivery. Well it's nearly a year and I still don't have my product. and to make matters worse (since I trusted them) answered one of their email ads for an "Easy Jig3" Big mistake. I have heard the same o9ld excuses for MONTHS now and now feel I have been duped. I am a retired business owner and I can assure everyone that had I conducted my business in a similar fashion I would not have been in business long. I'll come back and fix this one way or the other. Anyway, I'm coming on SEVEN WEEKS waiting on my gen 2 jig. Seven. Which I would argue is not "Up to four" as their website clearly states. The company is extremely unresponsive to emails and if they do respond, it's always a "We're super busy but we're working on it" generic response. It feels like they prioritize their shipments based on value, not time. Also, they also seem to have pretty poor inventory controls. Example : I ordered an "In stock" lower that I wasn't particularly interested in for the mere reason that it was in stock. One week later I see it's still in stock but mine hadn't shipped. I email saying what I just said. One week later it's not in stock anymore and I email again. One week later I get the above stated generic "We're really busy" garbage. 2.5 weeks later (this is now 5.5 weeks after I originally placed the order for an IN STOCK item) I get my shipping confirmation. Got it yesterday... It's OK. While the products I have received seem to be acceptable, the complete lack of responsiveness and incredible delays probably make this company a "pass". If I ever get my jig I may return to this review and update it. read more
