Robert reached out to me on Linkedin about a job that sounded exciting to me and matched my skills sets. As I am actively looking, he reached out at the perfect time and took the time to understand my background and strengths. In our initial call, he told me the name of the agency which i really liked and a full job description which i relaly liked because some recruiters don't give you all the information from the beginning, making it hard to know if you would be a good fit.
