I am a tough grader normally which makes this even more of a pleasure to write. Like everyone, I worked to get multiple (4) bids for my lift and replace roof project last fall. Tyler and his company did great work removing all the Spanish tiles on our steep roof, replacing rotted plywood, re-felting, and then replacing the tiles. He was also honest in recommending not re-felting an area of the roof that had been worked on in 2013 thereby saving us a bit of money. Many months ago, during a huge storm in February, my roof leaked through an electrical outlet into the garage! Tyler came out first thing the next day and tarped the area where the roof had leaked, and sent me an estimate to do a partial repair, or do the entire roof, which was the original from 1986. It was clearly time to do the whole roof. Going to add another 5-star review for Tyler. We learned that we had broken tiles from the termite company, after they removed the fumigation tent. Called four different roof companies from Yelp. The first company quoted over $8,000 to replace an entire roof section. The second company said our roof was too steep and they would not perform the inspection! The third company quoted $1,250 without even getting on the roof [stated he could see the problem from the ground!!]. 805 Roofing was the fourth company. Tyler showed up on time and walked the perimeter of the property while we explained the problem. Within a few minutes he was on the roof and walked the entire house.
