After the deluge of rain late last year, our roof developed several large leaks. Tony came out to do the bid and his knowledge was very impressive. He identified the problems and proposed a solution that was reasonably priced. We scheduled the work for the second week of January (the first week with a solid lead time with no rain). I don't usually write reviews but making a large purchase like a whole roof replacement, the reviews are my go too... So here's mine. We have a highly pitched roof and the estimates I was given were all depressingly high (Like really high). I had estimates from about 10 different companies and Lior @ Top Roofing was honest, direct, and actually sat down with us and provided some options that worked w/ our budget. I had his direct cell # and we were able to start within a couple of weeks. The work - I couldn't believe the guys handled all the demo in half a day!! My neighbor across the street, did his roof and that demo took 3 days and he has a much smaller roof than ours. What also helped is these guys had their own trucks to haul away all the crap. That meant no large dumpster taking up the whole driveway and everything was clean before they left for the day. We had some rotten wood that needed to be replaced and they even painted over some areas in the house to make it look brand new. These guys literally went above and beyond. The lead guy mentioned he had over 25 years in the business and it showed. They completed the whole roof replacement in 3 days with some minor finishing touches on the 4th. My POC Lior was with us during the whole process. We were so happy with the result, we gifted a tequila bottle after completion (Nothing fancy). My neighbor will be needing a roof replacement soon and I will for sure be referring these guys to them (I don't do referrals lightly). read more

A shout-out to Top Roofing, which did a wonderful job installing new insulation in my attic. Their representative who initially gave me an estimate, Moshe, was very clear about the process involved and what I could expect. On the day of the insulation, the crew actually arrived in the early part of the appointment window and got to work right away. They removed the previous 20-year old insulation, which had pretty much disintegrated into dust bunnies; they thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the entire space; and then they laid down high-grade insulation. In addition, they took before, during, and after pictures, which will come in handy if I ever sell my house. The work was finished right within the time frame they'd projected, and the estimate for the cost was accurate.
