We've had the windows in our home washed many times, both by me and by other "professionals," but never have they ever been as clean as they are after 805 Window Cleaning. The delightful 2-man crew showed up on time (a little early even!), and got right to work on both the outside and inside. I was amazed at how quickly they completed everything and what a great job they did. We were a little apprehensive about the screens removed as we've had problems with others bending at least four frames. But no problem - in fact they're so clean they're almost invisible! Wayne was professional during the scheduling of our appointment and always returned my calls on the same day. Kevin and Jon arrived at the appointment on time and were also professional and courteous. We just had the carpet cleaned inside the house and without me mentioning anything, the guys wore booties over their shoes before walking inside! They used care and attention to detail when cleaning the inside of the windows and were safety minded when cleaning the exterior of the windows (especially on a 3 story townhome). I'm big on attention to detail and it seems that I'm rarely impressed these days, but these guys nailed it! The message was very courteous - we respect your time, we'll contact you shortly, etc. and I have never heard back from them. It's a pet peeve of mine that a company has a website, customer service online and doesn't bother to check it. read more

Jonathon showed up on time and was extremely polite. He wanted to ensure up front that depending on the condition of our gutters there was a possibility that it could cost more than the original quote. He inspected prior to starting any work and reported back about what it would cost - giving us the option to decline if the price had gone up - thankfully (and to his credit) he was completely honest and told us the original quote was good. He did not try to upcharge! He got to work and had the gutters and downspouts clean in about an hour. I took a look out front (our gutters tie in to a yard drain) and notice no flow out the street side. Jonathon then went above and beyond and went to each drain cover, cleaned and removed debris, and flushed the pipe working backwards to the first drain in the system. He managed to flush out all the blockages (and there were multiple) saving us from having to have them snaked. Stellar job and kudos to an honest business! We will be using them for our window cleaning in the spring. We sure wish there were more companies with the integrity and professionalism that we found with 805 Window Cleaning! read more

They honored their bid which was based on a exterior walk-around. The job took extra time to get the house looking it's best. Pricing was the most reasonable of three bids I received from other companies. I was not only looking at pricing, I was looking for a company insured and licensed. Can you imagine some kid falling off a ladder three stories up and having to pay for his care with your home owner's insurance? Personally can't advocate working with risk companies who don't care about liability to me or their employee. Just had my windows cleaned for the first time by 805 Windows. I will absolutely use Wayne and his team again. The were professional, neat and tidy no big mess left. Wayne showed up on time was very efficient and did a through job on my large two story home with many windows. I had casually mentioned that my one window had very bad hard water build up because the polaris pool sweeper always managed to squirt it. A few days later I received and email from Wayne with a link to a site that sells an attachment to the polaris that solves the problem. He listened and quite unexpectedly directed me to the solution.
