He even discovered that some of the pipes were clogged, which explained the water overflowing from the gutters. Mitch was pleasant, informative, and easy to communicate with. He walked the house thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and provided recommendations. He also gave us a verbal quote and said he would send a detailed cost breakdown shortly. Unfortunately, that never happened. The next day, I followed up via text requesting the estimate and only received a emoji in response. After two more days with no estimate, I called and spoke with Mitch directly. He apologized and said he would send it out. It has now been over a week, and we still have not received anything. We genuinely wanted to move forward with the project, but the lack of follow-through made that impossible. It's disappointing that something as simple as providing a written estimate couldn't be completed. It also raises concerns about what would happen if an installation needed follow-up or if there were issues after the work was done. Very odd experience overall. Great first impression, but unfortunately the communication and reliability just weren't there.

We originally left this company a 5-star review after our gutters were installed about a year and a…read morehalf ago. At the time, everything looked fine to us. Unfortunately, we now know better. Our front gutter is pulling away from the house, and after having another company inspect the system, we were informed the installation was done improperly from the start. The issues weren't visible right away, but they've now led to damage to the fascia boards around our home. We are now facing the cost of full gutter reinstallation along with fascia repair and replacement. To make matters worse, the original installers used screws directly through the gutters, making them unusable for reinstall. They also used large wood screws without pre-drilling, which caused splitting in the wood rather than properly securing the system. The gutters are not aligned for proper drainage which also is not helping the situation.. This has turned into an extremely costly and frustrating situation that could have been avoided with proper installation. We trusted the initial work--and even recommended them--but based on what we've since learned, we cannot stand by that recommendation. We did contact the company prior to engaging with a second contractor recently. They came out, told us we should pay for regular clean out of the gutters. We would have welcomed the opportunity for the company to step in and make this right. I would strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before moving forward.

And he told me that if I have any questions about the downspouts and waterflow from the house when it rains to call him out so he can address it and review options with me. One of the issues I wanted handled is a gap between my house and a shed we have. He took care of that and explained what he did, and sent pictures. Every step of the way he checked with me to make sure that he was providing the service I wanted. I really appreciated his communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. He is one of the best contractors I have dealt with. Others could learn how to do business from him. Really happy with this project and am glad I can provide a review.
