I've noticed this place when I pick up Starbucks in uptown at pearlridge. It's a kiosk with many cell phone cases. I needed a case for iPhone 4s for my little one. The young person with short hair who helped me. I was so impressed because she brought out one of those black velvet tray like I was trying out a million dollar jewelry. She carefully put on the case on iPhone and showed it to us. I also bought a screen protector which they have many varieties and samples so you can see. She also put it on right there under her bright lamp and saw her using a small blower to get all the lint out. I'm pretty particular about the screen protector because people do a half bottom job usually so I end up redoing it at home. But darling she did a fine job. Chandon is amazing ! There were a lot of customers coming up to the 808 Cases today, was able to acknowledge everyone and let them know he'll help us out as soon as possible. When it was my turn to be helped, he thanked me for being patient with him, and then I told him about how I got a new Samsung Galaxy phone. I was impressed about how he's personally experienced with both I-phone and Samsung. And It did made it more easier to open up more and ask more about the phone cases. When I found a case that I was interested to purchase, he was willing to double check to see if they have one in a Galaxy 9 plus. There wasn't, and he went out of his way to help me find something that's similar to the one I originally wanted. The one he picked was better. I can put two cards inside the case, and have it stand on if I need to make my phone stand sideways. I would highly recommend getting helped by Chandon when he works, because he's very driven to help a customer out, and makes it easier since he's knowledgeable on their products. I've come here quite a few times. Most of them solely for a screen protector. Have you ever tried to install your own screen protector and ended up with bubbles or a crooked placement?! That's why I choose 808 cases. It may seem a bit pricey, being that you could get a decent screen protector for under $10. Unfortunately I'm not into doing it myself. I've gotten the glass protector because it works for me. They're pretty quick with the installation and they always do a good job. I like that they give you a discount on your next visit, be sure to save your receipt. I've saved tons of money by putting a screen protector on and with the ease of not having to do it myself, which is even better! read more

Feeling pretty disappointed! We bought our daughter a cell phone for her birthday and she wanted to put a case and pop socket on it. We stopped here they didn't have cases for her LG K20.... we were kinda bummed, but they did have cute pop sockets. She found a cute white one with a bluish gray whale on it. Not even a week.... it's been like 3-4 days and it's broken! My daughter's 11 yrs old, so I know it's not from mishandling. It basically looked like cheap plastic and it broke off by the base where the neck joins. I paid about $15 for the pop socket and the holder, so I'm really disappointed it only lasted that long. Stop by today and told the worker what happen and she asked to see it?! I had already bought a new and better one from BestBuy for $9.99 (doesn't come with holder). She made a face and said "awwwee." When I confirmed their no exchange no refund policy she nodded?? So, why would you want to see it?? Anyways, I should have read the reviews on here first! Pricey and cheaply made. Richel-Ann is usually the associate that helps me everytime I go and she always has a pleasant demeanor. I came by today to buy a case, I browsed around and found one that's I liked. The worker was on her phone as I was browsing and after trying on the phone case she told me that I get a free pop socket with my purchase. I found one that I liked and I told her the cherry blossom but she kept pointing at the same one after we kept saying no the other one. She paused, rolled her eyes and look straight frustrated. My boyfriend and I bought cases here a week ago and was originally planning one just buying one but the woman at the counter said that there's a buy one get one 20% off so why not right? By boyfriend and I decided to get the same case but she said that they only have one more left plus the one that was on display, and we told her that was fine that we get the display case. Upon getting rung up, I asked if there was a military discount and she said yes. The cases were $25/each and we still ended up paying $49something. Hmm. I checked the receipt at home and there was only a 5% off on it which was the military, but what happened to the buy one get one 20% off deal? Beats me. I also realized that the two cases we got WERENT EVEN THE SAME CASES. And less than a week later, one of the cases started breaking already. Also, they have a no returns/exchanges policy. if i could give this place no stars i would. this place is so friggin awful. the workers are a-holes who only think about themselves. they don't care about other people & that's not right. when you work retail & electronics stuff like that customer service needs to be a big part of training. clearly this place hired whatever girl on site. they need to learn common curtesy when going on breaks. i don't know how they were raised but when you work small businesses or kiosks, you should put a sign saying "on break be back at a certain time." that helps the customers understand their on a break. we waited for 10 minutes wondering if they ever were coming back. what was weird was that they left all kinds of stuff unlocked. the tempered glass case was unlocked with the keys right on the counter in plain view. people could have easily stole things while they were gone. like do they not care if things get taken? fortunately for them we're not like that so we didn't steal anything. when i asked if it's normal to leave everything open & not put a sign down she just shrugged like it was no big deal. clearly this place doesn't care if they sell things or not. the girl has been working there for a while she's probably manager or something. short girl with an attitude. i forgot to ask for her name but she's probably the type of girl to tell me a false name. nevertheless i literally wanted to get my tempered glass cos i get 20% off the next purchase. i'll gladly take that $6 off. in the end i learned to never go here again. ever. read more

It seems that I was bothering her about her products when infact all she was doing was sitting down. I felt that I was an unvalued customer.
