I explained to him we were up for trade in with phone carrier and my initial thoughts were to trade it it. He treated me like he would for his family and gave me honest advice without the fear of customer coming back and saying "K" said this or that. He genuinely wanted to help me out!!! 3. If we decided to order the part, he provided me with the time frame. I called TCA wireless repair, all they want to do is get you into their store for them to check out my phone. I already told them when the problem was over the phone and I was merely calling for advice. She proceeded to tell me that when I bring it in, they will do a diagnostic. When I hear diagnostic I ALWAYS ask is it free? I've taken my phones in to repair shops numerous times and they always give advice or recommendation for free. Then you decide do I spend the money or not. K gave me FREE professional advice and he was very polite, excusing himself for taking up my time! I was the one who called him and was asking all the questions but he kindly was apologetic about the time he took to thoroughly explain to me my options. No apologies even necessary!!! In Hawaii, excellent customer service is rare now a days. I just want to be treated as if I was their loved one and how they want their loved one to be treated too! The young person with short hair who helped me. I was so impressed because she brought out one of those black velvet tray like I was trying out a million dollar jewelry. She carefully put on the case on iPhone and showed it to us. I also bought a screen protector which they have many varieties and samples so you can see. She also put it on right there under her bright lamp and saw her using a small blower to get all the lint out. I'm pretty particular about the screen protector because people do a half bottom job usually so I end up redoing it at home. But darling she did a fine job. I also got 20% off and she also said I can get 20% off if I bring the receipt back for another cause. This place is the place get your cell phone cases folks!

It's such a hassle to put on screen protectors but she took her time and did an awesome job!! It's really like a collection of Any Kinez tings with Hello Kitty spongy slipper to jibbitz all tied to just a single thing...representing a loving and favorite character for both guys and gals. Don't let this the size fool you as they do have quite a bit of items majority that I haven't seen anywhere else but my only issue is that I don't see any price as I was looking at a cute straw cover and had to ask for the price which was $2.50 which was fine with me but wished they have prices on some of the items. I rushed through my errands to make sure that I got this gift! Located at Pearl Highlands, the free shared parking lot was crowded! The friendly worker at T-Mobile said that Ross has a lot of customers on Tuesdays... because of the Tuesday Club members! This T-Mobile location was very organized. Explained and diagnosed the situation very effectively. Gave me tons of options while understanding my needs with the urgency and what I wanted to pay. She cared a lot about my situation and that was really nice. Having your phone down can feel very panicky and most people could take advantage of this to upsell things but she was very assuring and extremely knowledgeable. Easy to talk to. Very satisfied with it. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received…read more My laptop was in repair for an extended period of time, and after finally getting it back, I was informed that the fans had been replaced but that the thermal paste was "practically fried" and would likely need to be replaced soon. What frustrates me is that the laptop was already disassembled for the fan replacement. If the technicians identified degraded thermal paste while performing the repair, why was such a basic maintenance item not addressed at the same time? Instead, I was given back a machine that they themselves acknowledged may soon require additional work. From a customer perspective, that makes very little sense. Replacing thermal paste is one of the most common procedures performed when servicing a laptop's cooling system, especially when the cooling assembly has already been accessed. After waiting through the repair process, I expected the laptop to be returned in the best condition possible, not with a warning that another cooling-related issue was already present and may need attention in the near future. The communication from the staff was polite, but the quality and completeness of the repair left me disappointed. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. Update: I was just informed that it was unfortunately a employee that didn't have all the correct knowledge. The thermal paste was reapplied we were just told differently. I am very happy to hear that the correct actions were done. But I would like to make aware that miscommunications can cause great distress especially with $2000 devices.
