We needed a 16 port PoE switch, thats all. It should have been easy to find, or even order, but no one offered any assistance at all. Which again is understandable because customer service is not their forte. Nonetheless, when I finally found where the PoE Switches were it made sense that I could not find them. They are situated behind what looks like a help desk with an employee sitting at it. This is the root of my one star review. The person sitting at this station, did not acknowledge us at all but for a subtle scoot of his stool to make room for us to look behind him at the switches. At first I was confused, by this thinking it was an employee only area. But then I realized that the employee was glued to the YouTube playing on his screen, totally explaining his inability to acknowledge our existence. If he was my employee, he would have to be retrained or find someplace else to work. Meh. It is what it is. When I saw this, I said forget it, went home and bought my 16 port PoE Switch on Amazon. Like I mentioned earlier, they have a really good product selection. Decided to try Battery Bill's in Kalihi (love the commercial and jingle) and husband was so amazed at their service! First of all, he called before driving over and someone actually picked up the phone! A human he could ask questions and have answers spoken back! They had the battery so he drove over and it's located next door to Honolulu Sign Company on Diamond Head side of Waiakamilo. There's a Texaco gas station across the street. A small parking lot with about 4 stalls and one handicapped stall. There is free street parking on Moonui. Walk in the doors and he was immediately welcomed by a customer service rep at his computer terminal. He greeted my husband with "Hi! May I help you?" Hubby said he called about a battery and gave him the number. The rep types it out on computer and says yes we have it! Within seconds, literally seconds, a runner brings it to my husband and it's the one! He was so stoked about the service and not having to walk around looking for it and hoping it's the right one. This was his first experience in the store and he cannot stop raving about it lol. Plus the batteries were super cheap at $2 each! The last thing that impressed him which may not matter to many, is how professionally dressed and clean cut everyone was who worked there. She carefully put on the case on iPhone and showed it to us. I also bought a screen protector which they have many varieties and samples so you can see. She also put it on right there under her bright lamp and saw her using a small blower to get all the lint out. I'm pretty particular about the screen protector because people do a half bottom job usually so I end up redoing it at home. But darling she did a fine job.
