This year I decided to spend roughly $4500 to have the old grass taken up and fresh, new St Augustine sod laid down. The landscaper I selected for this work chose to go with K&K for the sod. We began watering the new sod exactly per the recommendations of the landscaper, and within a couple of days I had a THICK blanket of G-D Clover in my back yard! Where I didn't have clover I was starting to see F-ing Bermuda showing!! I called the landscaper to complain about both the Clover and the Bermuda showing up and he got in contact with K & K. In the meantime, I Googled eliminating Clover from St Augustine. The online advice I got for dealing with the Clover, as it turns out, is not good for the sod. But that's a moot point. You can see in the pictures I post here that the Bermuda has taken over most of where the St Augustine should be....and there is STILL Clover, AND other weeds!! K & K is not manning up and taking the high road to resolve this situation! To make this right the landscaper is getting me new sod from an outfit here in League City called EDS Landscaping. K & K needs to get off their asses and make this right instead of my landscaper and I have to eat their shit grass!!
