I also see it producing amazing gains for local professional athletes and gym rats alike. Then I did one of their recovery sessions that included this massage technique (I think they call it the Novasana Method?) and it was incredible. Not your typical massage -- way more targeted and effective. The space is beautiful and peaceful, and everyone there was kind, professional, and really tuned in to what I needed.
