Finally they were on the phone and asked if they could reschedule me because they had a walk in. I then had my massage which was-- okay. My primary complaint was not taken care of despite their best effort. It happens. I was thinking about coming back in a week to see if that would help- but upon paying she asked me how much I wanted to tip. I said $15. I felt this was more than fair considering the massage was $70, my neck and back pain did not change, and they called me nonstop to change my scheduled time.
